Subway — Restaurant in Urbana

I visit this subway frequently. I have gone to many subways, and as of the past 5 years most of them skimp out on the meat. The women, who I presume is the owner, does anything but this.

If you were to double your meat you would be quadrupling it by comparison to every other subway restaurant in Illinois. The women is kind, polite, courteous, and the bread is fresh! Another thing that is severely lacking at most subways.

It costs $200,000 to open a subway franchise, and I understand why others try to cut costs, but this shop does anything but that! I don't know what's with all the negative reviews. Never would have guessed the best subway in town is hiding...

Sad. Subway is usually a go to failsafe but this one is BAD!!! There's a male that works here that I and others have complained about his dirty habits.... the manager asks surprised EVERY time we tell on him. Today, I saw someone else working so I thought I would give it a try again... sandwich was DRIPPING with Buffalo sauce. I only managed to eat about 1/4 of it before I just threw it away. It's been almost 30 minutes and my mouth is still burning! Wish I had noticed just how much he was putting on before it was too late.... oh well. $12 lesson learned. I'll be watching and dictating just how much to use when I go to OTHER...

The Urbana Wal-Mart Subway Location has gone down hill terribly in the last couple of months! I order through the app and the last 2 orders have been wrong, the gentleman that is there when I pick up is rude and he is ALWAYS on his cell phone. I pay extra for extra meat and cheese and the last 2 times there has not been extra plus yesterday the bread was wrong on 2 of the 3 sandwiches. This location is not nearly as clean as it used to be either. I will be changing locations if I have any other issues...
