Ordered take out on a Thursday night. My boyfriend got a mushroom and Swiss burger and fries. I got the crispy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese tomato and pickles with fries and a side of fried mushrooms. Our total was $34.00. The price alone about floored me. But never the less we was told 45 min before pick up. When I got there to pick up my order it was already sitting on the end of bar next to customers and in direct line of a huge shop fan to keep the patrons cool. Once I got our food home we was not impressed. Fried mushrooms were soggy and cold as hell and left a greasy feeling in your mouth. My boyfriend’s sandwich was all wrong. He got a smash burger with orange peppers and onions on it with no cheese at all. And the fries were under cooked and soggy and cold as well. And my chicken sandwich had every topping on it and no cheese. So I called to explain that our entire order was wrong when it came to the sandwiches. I was cut off and told “well if you want to come back in and I can give you a cup of sautéed mushrooms,baby.” before I could even explain about the cold fries and fried mushrooms I was cut off again with her asking me “ what do you want me to do?” “ I can give you a free appetizer or a discount on your next food order. “. And I explained to her I was not coming back in just for a cup of mushrooms that should had been on the burger from the jump. And that we would not be coming back as a repeat customer and I would prefer just to have my money back. And she replied with “ well I can see what I can do.” And not even sure if she took a breath between sentences before she says again “ babe, you tell me what you want me to do.” “I can give you a free appetizer or a discount on your next food order.” And I again expressed how we would not be coming back to the establishment in the future. And I asked for our money back and she laughed and hung up the phone on me and when I tried to call back it rang until a recording came on telling the callers that we have reached a voicemail box that can’t take any messages bc it has not been set up yet.

So I highly doubt not recommend ordering food from here. Not sure how anything else would be as far as that goes. But food is a -0 in my book. And I would chalk it up to “ what do you expect from ordering food from a bar” experience. But I can’t even say that bc I have never one time have I ever has wrongly made nasty cold food or poor customer service from Fatboys right down the road. So I will be keeping my business where it is always right and never had to question anything...

I was out on a rainy day running errands. I'd never been to this establishment. I only went for lunch. It was an odd off time on a rainy early Saturday afternoon. I ordered the Frisco burger. Normally I figure I can't go wrong by ordering that if I'm wanting a burger. Stephanie was the waitress and I didn't catch the name of the chef. Judging by the amount of fries I'm assuming she has small hands. The burger was truly delicious. All the burgers are supposedly smash burgers. (Whatever that means) I think Stephanie may have been busy with normal routine business (running numbers) there was one couple and a few people playing games. I thought the beer selection left something to be desired, The staff was cordial as one might expect a typical establishment in this category would be. Will I return? Probably not. Not because of anything they did wrong. It's really just not the sort of place that I like to be. The price point was actually surprising to me though. Two beverages and the meal was 16 bucks. Comparatively speaking, I'd say that's very competitive. If you like that sort...

Ordered a steak medium rare and it was definitely medium. Fried pickles and the fries that came with the steak were good!! Biggest downside is a couple of what I assume we're regulars came in drunk and harassed my party about leaving our dogs in the car. To be fair, we shouldn't have done that however, the windows were down and a member of our group was just out there and would have done something If she felt her dog was in danger. Unfortunately, what started out as a kind gesture quickly turned into a harassment/bullying situation because they absolutely took out further than what was needed and the waitress failed...
