Jollibee — Restaurant in Vallejo

I had a terrible experience during my recent visit! I placed an online order for pickup through their app, which indicated my order would be ready at a specific time. I arrived promptly, only to receive a text notification that my order was ready at the same moment. When I checked in at the counter, I was informed that my order was still being prepared. I ended up waiting for 15 minutes as I watched my food being made, only for it to sit on the counter off the heat.

The staff seemed disorganized; the tray setup didn’t seem to help as my order was continually skipped. I refrained from complaining initially, but after the employee skipped bagging my food to assist two customers who came in after me, I realized I had to say something. After 30 minutes past my pickup time, I discovered my drink was missing, even though it was listed on the receipt. By the time I got home, the food was cold.

I should have raised my concerns on the spot to request fresh, warm food, but the entire experience left me so frustrated that I chose to voice my disappointment through their feedback channels instead. I did receive an email in response, but there was no follow-up, which is unacceptable. This is clearly poor...

I've always wanted to try Jollibee, but the only location even remotely close to me was this one. The chicken is absolutely amazing. Beautifully seasoned and crispy, and the chicken sandwich is one of the best I've ever had. The mashed potatoes and gravy taste virtually the same as KFC, which isn't a bad thing. The burger patty with gravy wasn't good. Like at all. First, the gravy was COLD. I don't mean luke warm. I mean cold. Adding cold canned mushrooms on gravy is just lazy. After I asked them why it was cold, they brought me some more, but that was also cold. Gave up on that.

Ordered two of the their cheesy yumburgers and it's literally the same Salisbury steak type of patty. They need to drop the "burgers" and stick with the chicken.

Now the biggest abomination of all. The spaghetti. It's way too sweet, and the noodles are cooked to death. I get it's how the Filipinos eat it, but it's like having spaghetti with BBQ sauce. It's just too weird and too gross for me.

This famous Filipino fast food chain is known for its crispy fried chicken internationally. I love their gravy not salty like kfc and it is the best for me. They also have the sweet spaghetti, burgers, pies, palabok, burger steak, halo-halo. Staff will always greet you upon coming in to the door. Good customer service, however, avoid going on peak hours or if you see long lines or long wait time. Dine in take out or online order and delivery also available. They accept cash or cards, plenty of parking at the plaza but never ever leave any valuables in your car if you don't want your windows smashed and things taken. Be cautious of the surrounding.
