Have gotten take out and it was great! Traveled really well presentation and taste/quality of rolls hits the spot. Tonight I was craving sushi after my massage so I went in and asked for a table. I liked the vibe inside, they have some tv's with sports playing and pics of menu items, the ladies/staff were wonderful, Francesa was my server, she seemed a bit caught up but I understand and appreciate her forsure, other ladies were checking in to see if everything was okay as well, asked if I needed anything else, served more water and didn't feel rushed. Food came out really fast. I enjoyed it. Cool spot, authentic, quality, makes you wanna come back for more, definitely feels like a new local favorite of mine. Cool dude at the bar seats was spreading good vibes had some laughs. I didn't know what to expect but I did like the vibe. It's not as busy on Sundays some locals were saying that's why I guess the reviews talking about bad service are understandable, I can see it getting pretty busy and chaotic for the servers on those busy days/nights but still give them a chance. I'll try to stay away from the busy times for now. I would like to rate the service as a zero, I ordered online because my family was hungry and we just wanted to arrive and sit in the restaurant and order the drinks, I arrived and the waitress was going to give me the table right away when I explained to her that my order was already in. and that I only wanted the drinks, she gave me my order and told me that we can't eat inside the restaurant, I insisted that I would buy the drinks and she told me that he couldn't give me the service, it bothered me but I didn't say anything, I just took my order and all waitress met and smiled as if making fun of me and my family, I will never return to this restaurant

Just came from there. We waited about 10-15 minutes just to order take out without anyone saying anything to us, not even a hi, we’ll be right with you. Or give us a few minutes. I’m already knowing the food must be awesome or because V town doesn’t have many good Japanese restaurants…but the customer service is just not up to par. I really think staff could do much better. After waiting, they finally came up to us and said it’s about a 40 minute wait for dine in and for take out, it’s much longer. Like you can’t tell people that when they arrive rather than having them wait? I think while it is def busy up in there, you should let customers know immediately how long the wait is and give them a chance to decide if they wna wait because we were hungry!
