Be aware travelers!!! Car prowler Issue!!! The visit started with the counter person taking a while to get to the counter. She took our four separate orders and mixed them up so we had to figure them out. We went to sit down and even tough we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time, we had to ask for our table and seats to be cleaned off as they and ketchup and food all over them. Then when we were exiting I noticed glass near my vehicle. Only to find out that someone broke into my vehicle. There was lucky someone who saw the person who broke and stole items out of my vehicle.
One of my passengers asked the counter person whether there was any cameras. Had my passenger not known Spanish, she would have got the supervisor’s information. The workers were discussing not to give her their supervisor’s information to her in Spanish so she surprised them by speaking to them after their discussion. It turned out that ONLY for the time of my vehicle invasion did they NOT have the footage of the surveillance camera which I find very fishy. Supposedly the person who witnessed the break in told the people at the cash register right after it happened, but despite us being the one of two sets of customers in the restaurant, they didn’t bother telling us!!! This happened 5-7 minutes before we walked back out to my vehicle.
It makes me feel like it was an inside job so I want travelers to be aware. Especially after discussing the happenings around the greater area with the officer.
The customer service off the bat was bad so a $7 breakfast stop is not worth a...
Read moreFirst, I barley complain unless it's for a good reason. I was in line first deciding what I wanted to order, another costumer rudely tells the new Manager that she is ready to order. Instead of the Manager asking me if I was ready to order she ignored me by helping the other costumer. I was puzzled. I ask to speak to a manger and they sent me a women who could barley speak english amd said sorry, sorry, Sorry. I felt horrible for complaining. However, at the same time I felt totally rudely mistreated. I ask for the district Manager or someone up higher to speak to and the women who couldn't speak english tried to give me a number on a napkin but instead her hand was shoved away from a younger worker who pretended to be the Manager and asked what happen and I explained the situation to him and he said sorry about what happen and I will give u a burger. I didn't want a burger. The fact of the matter is that the Manager mistreated me. Not sure if anyone would actually read this and it might sound petty but again I work everyday having to commute to work and was hungry. What made it worst was that my vehicle overheated and all I wanted was something to eat while waiting for the tow...
Read moreI pick up doordash delivery a lotthe this restaurant as well as use my mobile app to order food there. Despite the fact that we are not required to wear masks to pick up food delivery during lobby hours, I regretted not bringing one with me during most pick ups. Every time I set foot in the restaurant, there is an unbearable odor emanating from the toilet which has spread to the lobby and the kitchen. Maybe the workers know of the smell which is why they are all wearing masks in the kitchen despite the hot conditions. When speaking with the employees or the supervisors, they are often brusque almost to the point of being rude. I have seen thIs kind of behavior happen more than once since I started picking up orders in 2021 to the present. I am Filipino American and came to America at the age of ten. I grew up in the U.S. and started living in Vallejo, CA in my early thirties. However, I as I have aged, despite living here for so many years, my accent not changed significantly. Along with my looks, I am often mistaken as someone from Central America. My point is, if you don't look Central American or dont have similar accents as Central Americans, you treated...
