We are definitely no frills campers but this one was a miss for us. The best thing about this place is the price is right and it's convienant to anything you want to do around the bay area. Other than that, it's in a kinda sketchy area, the wifi works but isn't the best for streaming especially in the afternoons. It's hit or miss if the laundry room is unlocked or not. The sites are so close together that you really can only get your slides out, forget about using your awnings here. They do have picnic tables for each site but when your so close to your neighbors and can't open your awnings, who wants to sit outside. Site was a little unlevel but putting some blocks under the passenger side tire did the trick. Right off the highway so expect road noise even with fan or tv on. If we were in the area again, we would likely look for somewhere else to stay.

Great price! There are not many RV parks in the Vallejo area either. It’s a short 30 min drive to Napa and 10 mins to 6 flags. There is a highway close to the RV park, but do keep in mind there is a highway near anywhere you go in the Bay Area. RV spots are not cement slabs—they are gravel. You have about 20 feet from your door to your neighbors trailer. There are spots that allow more space, but these are taken by permanent tenants. It is not going to be your Taj Mahal of RV parks, but it is definitely a place you can find some comfort. We have stayed here many times due to the price and convenience.

The sites were a bit smallish and dated. Despite having partial concrete pads that would ostensibly create a level site, the pads were spaced too closely for our 35' motorhome, so we ended up having to do significant leveling. That aside, no complaints. Despite the urban location, out stay was quiet, safe, and well located to do all things San Francisco. Alcatraz was the highlight of this stop - highly recommend!

I had been at this RV park and would have provided a better review until recently. On 1/19 (per video), a homeless individual had broken into my trailer and stole Most of my belongings. I was out of town at this time, but returned on 1/21 to find this out. I had notified the office. I had told them I was concerned and was going to stay at a hotel, as it looked like someone was staying in my trailer.

On 1/22, I received a call from the office at 10am asking if I had left the park. (I was In Sacromento having breakfast with a friend). I had told them no. They informed me that my trailer had been stolen. The park was kind to help find at retrieve my trailer from 4 individuals that had stole it. I was told that day that they would figure something out regarding my rent because I was displaced.

When the cops arrived later that day staff was out of the office and unable to get the video of the trailer being stolen. I waited at the office to chat with them but they didn’t return for the day even though they had posted open office hours. 4-5 residents were also waiting for the office to reopen but it never did.

On 1/24, attempted to go to the office and inquire if the police were able to get the video. The office assistant wouldn’t looked up from her phone and stated “I wasn’t here that day, and I am leaving now”. I asked if she could find out or escalate it to the manager. I was told, “that is not my job”, still not looking up from phone and being very rude and unwilling to help. Just keep stating, “I wasn’t here.” I asked her multiple times if the manager or someone could contact me. I was told no. I waited outside to decide what to do, she walked and handed me a piece of paper with an email address and case number, which I already had from the officer. I had called what I thought was the managers phone number (turned out to be maintenance guy) to report what was going on. He proceeded to hell at me and tell me how they got my trailer back and if I was going to complain that he wasn’t going to take to me, then hung up. Was able to connect with him again, were he apologized for yelling at me. Informed me that he is the maintance personal. I had apologized for my confused regarding his role. He was able to tell me that he provided the police with all the video from them finding the trailer and the video at the RV park.

While networking with my neighbors, space 9 told me that they saw my trailer was gone and was blocking the street at around 0630. They witnessed multiple individuals yelling at each other.

On 1/25, neighbor from space 5 had seen individuals in a silver SUV loading up my trailer. That he called the office and was told it must be my SUV, even though he had told them it wasn’t me. They told him that they would go look into it. No one ever went. At this time, I once again went to the office asking to speak with the management. Again, office assistant won’t look at me and was rude. Stating, “they will call you Monday”. I asked politely if we could reach out, as I have new information to discuss with them. See if they were willing to connect regarding the updated info. Once again, not even making eye contact and rudely told me no, that it was not her job.

On 1/27, while I was at work the manager called and left a message on my phone that I was “harnessing the office assistant”. I had done no such thing and was politely inquiring regarding status of my account and to talk to management regarding the new info that I had obtained. Figure out why the park did not follow up on my neighbors reports. They also left a letter on all the trailers doors that we should put an Apple tag in our RVs, which I had and it was found on the ground where my trailer was supposed to be. Not only that my belongings also had Apple tags and have been disable.

I am not upset that my trailer was broken into and stolen. I am disappointed in the staff and management since the event. (On 1/25, One of my neighbors reported to me that the office assistant was also rude to...

The manager is rude and when asked to speak to the owner I was immediately told I could not and she would not get me in contact with them. Then told me to fill out a complaint form. To which I have no confidence she would actually forward on. So I decided to post this. Maybe it will get the owner to reach out. Have been very happy with this location before now. We even came back for a stay after we were here last year but probably won't ever come back or recommend this park as we have been, based on how I was just treated today. Started out with her giving me attitude when I tried to inquire as to why I received a tow sticker on a car parked in the designated "overflow lot" when we had a car parked in the back that is labeled "overflow parking" on the map. To which we were truly under the impression that was there to park an extra car. As the check in form shows room for two additional cars other than the RV and nowhere does the map or information on said map states the "overflow parking" is only for the park to give out not for the residents to use for an extra car. She also told me she could charge me for an extra spot but again that is not listed anywhere (printed or website based) we can find information for the park stating only one car is allowed in a pull through. A simple * with the info overflow is not for extra parking but for them to give out spaced to people that don't have a site number. If that had been there, I would not be livid right now and this would be a 5 star review. However, the way the manager dealt with it and then just keeps saying that I'm wrong and no one else in 35 years has misunderstood the map so she is not open to hearing how a simple change would make this a non issue as we would have never expected that back lot to be open to paying residents/paying...

We were a bit unsure because of many negative reviews but in the end we stayed here for 3 nights to visit San Francisco with the ferry and felt comfortable all the time. Just don’t expect a luxury site and be aware that it might be a little bit louder due to the I80 next to it. Besides that price to value is very reasonable and we would stay here again. We never felt unsafe and also took the bus to go to the ferry (unless the one time the manager drove us because the bus was late 😊).

Customer service is superb and always helpful 5/5 Toilets are clean, showers could be a little bit cleaner but still fairly clean 4/5 Washing machine and dryer are cheap compared to other RV parks 5/5 Location 4/5. As explained above, it can be a little loud with the I80 next to it but you know that before booking. Anyway that would be the main thing to criticize. The sites are a bit smaller as it is usual for many city RV parks. Bus station, Starbucks and gas station right next to it. We also felt safe and did not experience many homeless people or any sketchy situations. Anyway the staff recommends to not keep valuables like bikes outside at night. Overall price to value is a 4/5 but you might have to consider the trip to SF as well (e.g. 10USD per person one way with the ferry). If not going by bus Uber/Lyft is about 9 dollars from ferry to the RV park and vice versa.

Long term rentals are in the back, short term in the front, so also don’t expect to get a site further away from the interstate unless you have...
