Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Valley Center

Loved this place, HOWEVER, sadly we will no longer frequent this location. Lack of communication and listening skills is a HUGE factor here. Sad to say, customer service is lack luster as well!!! Went with our son, ordered two drinks, a small chai ICED tea and large decaf vanilla latte. What we got was a small HOT chai latte and a stare from the window. Then, after waiting for our other drink and confused about the current drink but willing to "SETTLE", I was asked, "why are you still waiting." Surprised in her response, I explained that we ordered TWO drinks, and the one that my son was holding was not even the drink that he ordered. She promptly told me, "no that's what you ordered, he's holding it." I know accidents and misunderstandings happen, we are human right. But, instead I was told that the drink we had was what I ordered. Um no. This is 1 drink and we ordered 2, AND I'm pretty sure we know hot from iced. No apology or anything, just hold on I'll get it. I rarely stop at Scooters because of continued poor customer service & product. Drinks are never consistent. And staff is, most often than not, rude & short. If they get your order wrong or it’s made without sugar, they will not remake it correctly or add to it if you’ve already taken a sip (I do understand that risk). And if you ask for sugar to put in yourself, you get handed 2 sugar packets & they walk away like you just ruined the entire day. They are more expensive than competitors & you never know what you’ll get or what your experience might be. I will not be returning & wish I could take back all of my 20% gratuities (prepaid...

Kinda look forward to that Late afternoon americano.. kinda sucked today. Wrong size, (overlooked that) but no cream come on I tossed it ..just changed your 2 star to a 1 star .. you just did the exact same thing again what is it about add cream you guys don’t get ? Don’t haft to worry bout it no more .. I’ll go across the street or to McDonalds where they don’t charge $3.53 for a cup of coffee then get it wrong .. you guys totally suck never ever coming...
