Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Valley Park

I went thru the drive thru and got 2 number ones, no mods, literally the easiest order ever. My total was $30 which is cool if it weren’t for the fact that my burgers didn’t even have onions pickles OR A FREAKIN TOP BUN. When I called back to potentially fix the issue they said “sorry that sucks” and hung up on me- seriously unreal. And it’s not like I was yelling at this kid, although I could tell he was nervous.

We were one of two cars in the drive thru so they weren’t that busy and I even said thanks so much bro to the guy (I was SO excited for my food)

Idk how you forget the top bun on a burger of all things much less hang up on the customers who’s calling about it but the dude working the drive thru on June 1st at 6:30 100% was smoking something to let something that idiotic slide, especially hanging up on a customer who’s concerned with their order like bro what.

I won't lie, the service I got was amazing and the food was delish, my only problem is why are you hiring people who just aren't very good people overall nor are the managers taking precautions to make sure people are being sanitary? Like seriously. I walked in and a girl on custard was doing her job and another girl walked over from what looks like a little corner on the right, didn't wash her hands, didn't put on gloves, but walked in front of the girl on custard and started using it? Then when the poor girl stood there waiting for the first girl who walked in front of her to move, she started being incredibly rude to her I felt so sorry for her because nobody else did anything. I don't know either of their names but my god, hire some better people or at least people who can mask their bad attitudes for the workplace, or even have the brains to recognize that customers can see how ghetto and rude you're being?and train your staff to value being...

I love freddys. But the one on dougherty ferry road has the worst service. Been there 3 times and each time my order was wrong. 1st time I ordered a double cheeseburger plain with only cheese, and a large Pepsi. They gave me a cheeseburger with everything on it. 2nd time ordered a large Pepsi with extra ice and a double cheeseburger with only cheese...again everything but onions. And today I ordered a large Pepsi with extra ice and medium fries. They gave me no fries and another person's patty melt and a Pepsi with little ice. Easy orders and each time wrong... and to top it off the young man at the window was on his cell phone. This was at 4pm today. Three strikes I'm done. The freddys on Lindbergh is my choice for now on. They never mess up and staff ate never on their phone when I'm there.
