I visit several Starbucks in the area on a REGULAR basis (daily) and this one is consistently horrible. They update their mobil inventory worse than any store, to the point that 50% of the time you order a pastry (morning or night) it's not there when you arrive because they are out of stock despite the mobil app saying it's in stock. Recently I've had several experiences where drinks take an unusually long time compared to other stores, we are talking 12-20 minutes for an iced latte way too often. I was so tired of ordering off the app and it being out I went into the store recently to order from the counter so I could just quickly leave if they were out. After several minutes I could tell something was wrong and they weren't making it. When I asked, "Oh yeah we are out of that can I get you something else." Was anyone going to tell me, obviously not. It seems they don't even know in store if they are out of something and just freely take your order without any knowledge they are out. So after ten minutes I leave empty handed wasting my time because you know I wanted what I ordered. Today I think was the final straw. $15 bucks and 15 minutes later we finally get our lattes and pastries only after we had to ask for one of them to be made because not surprisingly somehow one of the pastries got lost in the shuffle, and despite ordering the same type of drinks (iced lattes) at the same time, one came out in 5 minutes and the other in 15 minutes. This place is way too expensive to consistently leave with a terrible experience, it's just not fun anymore, and we are going to do everything we can to avoid this store despite it being the closest to our house. Lastly, on the periodic occasions they manage to get everything right and you are sitting down hoping to have a nice experience, I cannot tell you how many times the music is suddenly turned up to an uncomfortable level that I have never heard in any of the other stores. They clearly have a management problem in this store and I really hope Starbucks higher ups can address...

Not what I usually find at Starbucks. Silent and sullen. After adding whip cream to my drink after I said 2 times no whip cream she was frustrated, then once she dumped the whipped cream off and the cinnamon topping I asked her to add the cinnamon back on- she was obviously annoyed and told me it was on there, she then added about an inch of cinnamon on top-ridiculous. I asked for my sticker for the frappcappuccino special she said i didnt get any bc i ordered a Venti instead of Grande. When I questioned that, based on the fact that when i was there just a week ago! I ordered the exact same drink and was given the card with a sticker and the expination that it was grande or larger, she became very rude. As I tried to explain my reason for asking she gave attitude and wouldn't even listen to a thing I said. I asked her to ask just in case she was wrong to which she replied she was the shift manager and "would know" . Im not going to argue with someone who obviously already was not loving her job that day and wanted everyone else to be as miserable as her but a simple explanation that my first experience a week ago i might have been given incorrect info would have sufficed. I don't need attitude, rudeness, frustration, acting like a customer is an annoyance, a bother and not worth your precious time is unacceptable. Read moreThis is by far the worst Starbucks I have been to. A couple of months ago, I waited in line at the drive thru for over 10 minutes, so I stopped going. Decided to try again today. Waited in line at the drive thru for almost 15 minutes!! They are SO SLOW. I have worked in food service before, and I am currently a store manager in retail now, have been in retail for over 10 years, and never have I ever experienced anything like the pace of this store anywhere else! I was watching through the drive thru window while I waited, at the window, for a coffee to be made, that should have already been made by the time I got to the window. Watching the baristas, was like watching a movie in slow-motion. Have you seen Zootopia? It's like they hired sloths for their baristas! Seems they need to be drinking more of what they are selling. Not only that, but this was 8:30 on a Saturday morning! Completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this...
