McDonald's — Restaurant in Valley Township

I've gotten to the point that the only thing I like from McDonald's anymore is the $1 soda and he size and the regular hamburgers. everything else is really overpriced and I can't imagine paying almost $3 for a regular size french fry. McDonald's because of whatever reason has become overpriced for the quality and type of food that they serve. I'm to the point that I really enjoy Henry hamburgers in Benton harbor 10 times better than I enjoy McDonald's. additionally the practice is now with fast food restaurants including McDonald's are to charge for anything additional. the prices aren't high enough are they that you have to actually charge to add pickles to a hamburger. I got charged $0.15 to add to pickles to a hamburger. Effectively no change. Prices of McDonald's are to the point. It's a question as to whether I should eat there because they have a couple of hamburgers and a drink. Not even including the fries is almost $9. I can go to a traditional restaurant with service, a table, play settings etc. And pay just slightly more. Additionally, I think the food would be better and almost every case and it's not fast food. Fast food is for convenience and to be honest at this point I'm not sure the convenience is...

I was so very disappointed in a family friendly fast food place to eat in. I came in and it was basically all kiosks for me to order from which was fine but the instructions on it were so difficult! It wanted me to pick up a table card number which was no where to be found with my 3 year old and my one year old both with me. Then after ordering I went to find a high chair so that I could eat comfortably with my 2 children by myself. I asked about a high chair in which their response was we do not have one!!!! This restaurant is known for children and let me tell you it was the most disturbing thing that I could not get over. I never get upset with restaurants but I was completely and utterly upset with this. Hopefully you understand that having 2 young children while traveling and trying to eat myself could not be accommodated. It was the biggest let down and I really hope you think about this comment and make changes promptly. Unfortunately I had to give a low score because of the reputation it has with how it advertised as a kids fast...

First off, I start work at 6AM, they open at 5:30am. So I go there for coffee sometimes in the morning. Problem is, no one ever explained to their employees that this location opens at 5:30AM. I have to wait till 5:45 almost everyday for them to even turn the drive thru speaker on. Then some days coffee is fresh, other days you can tell it’s the left over coffee from the night before that has been reheated. If someone is getting coffee as soon as you open....they are obviously coffee drinkers and know the difference. I have been told numerous times at the drive thru that I have to wait if I get any food since they have nothing ready. This is after they already opened up 15 mins late. I would love to continue but I have to order my coffee now from Dunkin doughnuts since I received a reheated cup this morning from their “fine” establishment. Deserves no stars.
