I would really love to give them 5 Stars today.... Firstime ordering today, ended up getting takeout. I dont know about anyone else.... but Hot Broasted Chicken especially when packed for takeaway. Should always be packed in cardboard. Having this amazing chicken. Along with the JoJo (Broasted) potatoes. Packed within a styrofoam container just ruins it. It makes the chicken and potatoes soggy. Like dripping wet by the time you get it home. Just 7 mins away... I was really looking forward to trying their chicken too. I can tell it would be amazing if packed properly. Not too mention I have been trying to find JoJo's since I moved to Michigan. Even though they should be Golden brown and have a bit more crust and not black and soggy.... I can tell they would still be good, even if overcooked. Remember they should be Golden brown like the chicken. I moved here from NE. Ohio and these are a huge deal out there. Your sitting on a goldmine! Cook them right and get the locals hooked. Your gonna sell a ton of them. So that's my honest opinion of my dinner today... very disappointing. I didnt end up eating my dinner. There is just something gross about soggy chicken.... sorry. I will give you another try with huge Hope's you will take my advices. I think most wouldnt mind paying .50 more for a carton to avoid soggy. I attached a photo of the cartons every place that sells broasted chicken in NE Ohio uses to pack the chicken. They put a tissue sheet in the box, then the chicken and JoJo's. You could even print a label and put it on the box. I am sure they are a lot less the $.50 too! Thank you! Respectfully your customer. Pack yourself some chicken. Bring it home......
Β Β Β Read moreThis place had terrible customer service. I was there this past weekend for the Big Ten Championship game. I just wanted to watch UofM beat Iowa, but that was not the case on this day. I arrived right at the start of the 3rd quarter because I had to work late. I was hoping to be able to catch the second half and enjoy some food and drinks. That was not the case on this night. I had just ordered my drink and was about to order my food, when the waitress came to my table and told me that they were closing early... Mind you 75% of the tables were full and there were plenty of people sitting at the bar. I was told that it was already last call and there was still 7 min left in the 3rd quarter. I know that this is just a hole in the wall bar but this was the Big Ten Conference Championship! Before the 4th quarter started they were already cashing everyone out and turning off lights and pushing everyone out. I was able to stay until about 5min left in the 4th quarter but was quickly pushed outside. The manager was the one pushing everyone to get out stating that they did not want to be there anymore. I will never be returning to this place. Ever since the restaurant has changed hands and new leadership has taken over it is not being run properly. If I could rate this place 0 out of 5 I...

I asked someone I knew that had lived in the area for a βRobert placeβ and they suggested JTs. Within 20 minutes of being there I knew I had found my place. The waitstaff is welcoming and make you feel like they want you there and want you to come back.
Sky is the hardest working and sweetest server Iβve had the pleasure of having take care of me. My 11 year old son who suffers from social anxiety looks forward to his every other weekend trip to JTs because he knows that Sky makes him feel welcome and included.
Recently, I had a situation where a server who ended up not lasting at JTs couldnβt handle the business of the night. In stepped Toni when she realized I hadnβt been waited on in quite a while and stepped in to help out picking up my table even though she was already had her hands full.
Coming from a small town myself, I can appreciate the atmosphere that JTs brings on a...
