Don't order the deep dish... I typically find the traditional crust pizza from Mr. Pizza pretty satisfying. Today, I thought I'd try the deep dish round, since the young lady that took my order stated that a lot of customers say it's "pretty good". Turns out, it was more like a frozen pizza from the grocery store. That's my complaint...I've had better pizza from a D'Giorno box. I called to express my disappointment. The gentleman answered the phone by noting that they were closed. I said I wasn't interested in a replacement that night, as I understood they were short staffed. I only wanted to express that I was less than pleased with the pizza I had just paid good money for. My tone was one of disappointment...dry, without inotation or expressiveness. I guess the gentleman thought I was angry or being nasty. I even attempted to convince him that he was misinterpreting my tone. I guess he wasn't convinced lol. The problem I have is this...I had just paid for a product that I was completely dissatisfied with. At that point, the goal of a "manager" should've been to fix the concern with some sort of customer service gesture or service recovery offer. Instead, I was received with some "manager" telling me about my attitude or my tone of voice. I was not only unimpressed with the pizza, but also the lack of interest the "manager" had in retaining me as a customer. I won't be going back. There's better pizza and better attitudes at five other pizza joints near me. The only reason I didn't give one star is because the guy at the counter when I picked up my pizza was awesome.

Ordered via door dash. Got the large deep dish and some bread sticks We ordered the pizza with 1/2 jalapenos since the wife isn't into spicy. The whole pizza had jalapenos. Asked for Cajun crust on the half that had the jalapenos. Nope. Asked if the Cajun crust on half couldn't happen, to have a small dish with the Cajun seasoning and I can put as much or as little as I want. Nope. The toppings seemed sparce compared to others we have gotten. Was it "good" yeah.. but with so many pizza places, would we order again? Nope.

Most of the things I’ve gotten from here have been decent enough for me to come back. The cheese bread is good and I usually get a dinner and they are a bit overpriced for what you get but not terrible. This time I ordered a Turkey bacon Caesar wrap for 8.50 and got the most pathetic wrap I’ve ever seen in my life. About 4 slices of deli Turkey, not even microwaved pre cooked cheap bacon strips. In general the place is more expensive than it should be but that wrap was just egregiously sad and overpriced.

Ordered online and normally go through Garden City Mr. Pizza but online says they don't deliver to me. So, I order from Belleville. Everything was fine and the food was good but they forgot my Mountain Dew. Not a huge deal. I've delivered food and have forgotten things and had to drive back out, apologize and just move on. I also wanted the thing and service I paid for. So, I call back and the person tells me they can credit my account or send a driver. I say, as nicely as I can, "sending a driver back out would be nice". She tells me it will be 30 to 40 minutes since they are busy. No problem, I get it. I say "that's okay I'll still be up". 1hr 30min later, I call back as I have received nothing. I tell them I'm still waiting on my soda. She says they are pick up only and "I was told you wanted credit". I said "No, I said I wanted it delivered and I was told it would be 30 to 40 minutes because you are busy". She says "ok hold on" and yells to others in the background about this (Yes, I can hear them she didn't put me on hold). When she comes back she repeats herself and says she's the manager and this is what she was told and that she can send out a driver or credit my account. It's 10:30 at night by now and I'm already planning on NOT ordering from here again so no I don't want credit so I say "can't you just refund it"? "We can only do full refunds we can't do partial refunds". I hung up. This is ridiculous. I figure your staff told you I wanted credit to avoid having to send out another driver. I paid for a 2 liter. I know it's trivial, but your driver (the driver I tipped) messed up. Not me. I should get the thing I paid for. Not my fault your driver can't remember 3 items. We all make mistakes but you should also make...

Got pizza delivered for lunch today. it was very under cooked. The bottom of the pizza was basically white and i could move the dough around with my finger. Called to get it fixed, the manager was very rude. State "What do you want me to send you another one?" For one.. what a stupid question. You gave me food that was inedible... of course i want food i can eat. So she said she would but i had to send my pizza back (obviously no trust) So then she sent out another pizza... didnt get the other pizza. I went to eat this one and the bottom appeared to be brown so i went ahead and took a bite. Still dough... took the topping off and could still move the dough around with my finger. I will never be ordering from here again, even though i'm sure they wont care... Not even bothering to call and complain again. This was a joke. Don't give your money to a pizza place that clearly does not know how to make a pizza. Ordered...
