Did an app order this morning at Sonic on Broadway in Van Buren, Ar. Pulled into parking slot, pushed red button said " I have a mobile order for Sarah" lady said, "I have you checked in your order will be out shortly!" Waited nearly 15 mins, pushed red button, asked where our order was? We only order drinks 4 of them. Lady says " you never checked in so your order is not ready!!! I said, "what, you are wrong checked in now over 15 mins ago? She says "NO you did not!!" She pretty much called me a liar! Finally got drinks, 3 of them anyway! No apologies, nothing! Pulled thru drive thru ordered and paid for the 4th drink!! 3rd or 4th time this has happened using the app on Broadway Sonic.. someone needs to learn people skills, you never argue with a customer especially when you have order confirmation with the time on it. The entire ordeal took 22 mins and order was still wrong.....
Read moreThey were absolutely slammed. I got into a stall and waited for at least 10 solid minutes, and nobody answered the button. Deciding that the drive thru was going faster, I pulled out of the stall after a few more minutes until it was clear enough waited in line. Finally, my turn at the speaker box and waited 5 full minutes become someone even spoke to ask what I wanted. There were only 2 cars in front of me to get their order. I thought maybe machine was broke or something. ..nope just rude. They need to acknowledge people in some way. Like for instance...Hi welcome to sonic, we'll be with you in just moment. Thank you for your patience. I would have pulled away, but it was to tight to do so. Sonic has lost my business for good. I don't care how hungry I am in the future. I was there a total of 40min, mostly waiting to order then getting my food....

My son needed a fork to eat his food so I pushed the red button and requested one. 5 minutes went by and 2 food deliveries within 1 or 2 stalls of me completed and still no fork. Another 5-6 minutes went by, no fork. My son ate his food with his fingers since it was cold by this time and I hate to be wasteful. We both completed our meal with no fork in sight. It's nothing life or death, but customer service. A customer needed a simple fork and instead of repeatedly pushing a red button and complaining, I simply drove away. I absolutely love Sonic but customer service is lacking at this location. Scanning reviews, I'm not the only person...
