ordered pickup because it's so convenient when you have 3 kids. arrived at my pickup time. waited nearly 5 minutes at the drive thru with no response. went inside and they said my order hadn't even been started yet. meanwhile multiple people walk in, order, get their food and go. waited 20 more minutes. someone came through the drive thru, yup got their food. no sense of urgency from employees casually making food. I've worked in food service so yes I'm judging. people just don't seem to give a shit anymore. but I do, especially when I'm paying nearly $50 for food. got to our destination and discovered we had no utensils even though the receipt says include utensils. do better. and don't order takeout from this place it takes twice as long...

The pricing does not make sense. It is not the working employee's fault but confused why my fiance paid $13 for cheese, chips, and a little bit of queso. The cheese was not melted. I went back to ask about the reason for the pricing and it was due to the triple cheese nachos being online only. Asked for the cheese to be melted and got burnt chips. Wish we were informed about the significant price increase before ordering but the employee told me the store owner told her to ring it in as a build your own nacho. Makes zero sense!
