First off the woman I spoke with over the phone was amazing. I came over and she had gotten much busier then when we talked but that’s ok. I kept changing my mind on mattresses for the kids, but she was patient and offered good suggestions. It was fifteen minutes until close and I wanted to take the mattresses home immediately. I loaded up my suv with half of what I bought and asked me f she could leave the rest outside because I felt bad for making her run late. She willingly stayed and I rushed home dropped off the mattresses and flew back to get the other half. She was polite defined professionalism and certainly earned a long lasting customer here. Are they the cheapest probably not do they have a massive inventory nope but what they have suited our needs and she helped me accomplish my objective while staying almost $1,000 under my budget. We were in need of a new mattress and looking for a reputable place to get guidance and invest in a bed that would give us good sleep. Amy greeted us and was very courteous and professional! She didn’t rush us. She explained the workings of the adjustable bed and features. The Posh & Lavish mattress felt great along with the Bed Tech adjustable bed. We not only purchased the mattress and adjustable bed, but also two sets of sheets and a mattress protector. Amy was super the entire time. It was evident that she knows her stuff! Wife and I came in looking for something to replace our bed that has seen its last days. We must've spent about a good hour, hour half, just testing beds and frames/bases before settling on one. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile and asked what we liked.

Not sure if she heard me walking in or not that I didn't want a Temperpudic or not, because she kept us away from those, which was nice.

I didn't feel being oversold or pushed with sales talk. She let us know what things would cost and we spent a bit more than we planned, but that was our decision.
