Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

I tried using their website with my iPhone to place an order online so I could use a web based coupon, and ended up wasting 15 minutes because the site didn’t function properly. They ended up honoring the coupon inside, with zero fuss, which I was very pleased with. The staff was extremely friendly!

The main reason I am giving 3 stars is because the mobile capabilities of their website needs some help with speed and ease of use. Also, the over all food quality seems to be lacking... it’s full of gmo’s and lots of soy. Check your chocolate chip cookie label... and see for your self. I don’t have any issues was other pizza or cookies... but when I eat theirs My body reacts badly and excretes lots of oils. I think Papa Murphy’s is using to much soy and palm oil in their products. I only get Papa Murphy’s on movie nights when I am craving some of that cheesy take and bake customizable pizza I grew up with... but honestly stay away if you want something healthy. You guys should really have some non-gmo and organic offerings, diversify...

I've been using the Riverstone Pappa Murphys for 18 years! I used to swear by it, and being a single father raising 2 boys, we got pizza there at least once or twice a week! It was always awesome pizza and they were spot on all the time! They have taken a dive in my opinion, and after screwing up my order this evening I'm done with these guys. It wasn't because of their less than friendly atmosphere, it was the quality and the price for what I got! $40.00 for a large pepperoni and a large all meat pizza, and a 2 liter bottle op pop! The pizzas were pretty much void of cheese, when I requested extra cheese on my all meat pizza. The pepperoni pizza was void of pepperoni as well as cheese! The all meat pizza didn't have enough topping or cheese on it to cover the dough and the sauce was missing for the most part. I ordered a family sized meat lovers, and got a large. I feel ripped off! Me and Pappa aren't gonna see each other any more, and I'm sure they won't give it a second thought!...

Update: Went in to collect pizza staff found I was not in the book for a free pie. No biggie manager made it right and gave us the free pizza. Started looking at it in the car. It turns out the folks making this pizza put the same white sauce on it again. Turns out this is an off menu pizza and they assumed "The rancher" had, you guessed it ranch dressing all over it instead of red sauce. Took it back in, and they replaced it. All good, thanks for taking care of the problem and great customer service.

Ordered a larger Rancher, no onions add olives. Got home cooked cut and sat down to eat. No red sauce anywhere on this pizza. Peeling back the cheese it appears they used a white sauce that is very garlicky. Called and spoke to a gentleman he couldn't belive they forgot the sauce. To his and their credit he didn't try and argue, just offered to replace it and put me down for a free...
