I myself, have had good experiences, and bad...not only with food and service, but I was employed her for a 2nd job, and I got Covid-19 twice, during the heighth of it all, and when I came back I didn't a job much long afterwards. Later, on I tried to go back to my 2nd job, and was told by the same management that were there the first time, and even called, back to interview with her, and was told she'd call me with starting insttuction, and I never received them, nor a call, or vaseline, ear plugs, whip cre, or strawberries...AND DID I MENTION, I HAD ALREADY WORKED THERE PRIOR TO PANDEMIC?????
People, come to understand later that she would hide from me when I would go in the place to see what was up, AND have employees LIE to me, and say she wasn't working that day, 🤔🙄🥱😠😠😡🤬😵🤤🥴🤢🤮🤐😣😖😩😫, then passed out from the anger, and the audacity!!!? WELL NOT REALY, but Iets just say, I ain't been back...
Found out the icing on the cake was, my mother-in-law, who the lady also knew from previously working there, was calling, and stopping by there, and telling her ALLLINDZ OF MESS about me..... "Oh I wouldn't hire him back id I were you.!.!.. He is rhis, and he is that, and even told her, I had lied about having COCID TWICE JUST SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO WORK...

Read moreThis is one of the worst McDonald's except for maybe the ghetto Rossville Blvd one. The last time I was there I watched my food handed into the Jeep Cherokee in line in front of me, I seen it come back out the window a few seconds later then I pull up and see this crinkled bag of cold food sitting by the window. The Kid, not a bright one at that', tried to hand it to me then looked dumbfounded when I said I wanted my food remade on account of it going into someone's vehicle. He stepped to the side and told some stupid little blond "manager" and she obviously told him to pull me up and they will remake it. Which when he walked out to deliver my food I asked him if it was remade and I got a yes in response, well I opened my bag and it had cold food plus some packs of BBQ sauce, I had ordered nothing that required this sauce. So the people at this establishment are VERY INCOMPETENT, YES EVEN THE DITSY BLOND MANAGER. My wife just got back from there this morning and of course her bacon and cheese biscuit was just a cheese biscuit and my breakfast burritos where cold and old. Read moreI downloaded the App and was offered $1 off large fries. I didn't receive the discount. Upon arrival the manager was very rude when we submitted the order number. My brother is autistic and he had me on the phone. She did not allow him to fully explain the situation. She spoke rudely and hurried. She told him that he had to have the phone. On the App it gives an order number and states to go in and give the order number to a sales rep. This is what we did. He returned with my phone only to be told they had no record of the order. My brother called me and I called the store. I spoke with a male manager. He assured me they had found the order. First, managers need to be properly trained on app orders or the instructions on the App should be more clear. Second, the first manager needs better customer service training. All managers need to understand all types of disabilities and how to accommadate their special needs. The order was placed before 5 pm and it took until 6:45.
I would like to be compensated for the massive inconvenience.
