Desvios Pizza — Restaurant in Vega Baja

By far one of the worst pizza and sushi I had on the island. Now I know, it’s a food truck, but some of my best spots are food trucks. This was not one of them.

The pizza was super bland. No flavor whatsoever. Sauce tasted like it was right out of the can and too much sweetness for my liking. The dough was alright. Nothing amazing but it wasn’t crappy either. When I got home to look at it I put it in my own oven to crisp it up and added garlic and some other seasonings to it. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of ordering out when you almost damn near make it yourself.

The sushi was not fresh at all and kinda smelled a little off. I just got two basic rolls to size them up and see how they do. Poor mistake on my end. While the rice was cooked correctly everything else just fell apart.

So many more options in that area. I’ll be skipping this...

Pude observar cumplen con todos los requisitos para mantener su licencia sanitaria con el Departamento de Salud. Demuestran el manejo adecuado de alimentos.
