Arrived at 6 am and left at 8:15ish, if u go there u might want to tell them what time you want to leave by!

And here is the issues why, 20 minutes later after arrival Nellie shows to take your drink order and at the time we have her take our food order that is a must to do!

If u want drinks order tea or coke u will get that quickly but a cocktail you’ll have to ask where it is and 20 min later it arrived.

Water make sure you ask for a picture because you will have to hunt someone down .

Back to the soft drinks, you will get your 2nd refill very quickly about after you have drank 5 sips (not that u need that yet but after u watch your evening unfold they get a 5 star for that).

Don’t forget to check on food order because you will think she forgot to put your order in.

Food finally arrives nice presentation, big portions and that bottomless plate of pasta that never ends all those things are great, but sorry if it doesn’t taste good well then who cares! Out of the 5 meals we had there was one outstanding piece and hands down I would go back for the MEAT SAUCE! Everyone agreed after only eating half of our meals!

I ordered the chicken allegro the only taste to the whole meal was the Italian season they put way way way to much on !

One last note when you get your food ask for check because if you do they will shorten your departure time possibly.

Hello owner maybe u should hire more waitress, Cooks and...

We had reservations for 8 people for 6:00pm Friday. We arrived at 5:50 & there was a mixup with our reservation. The owner, who had taken the reservation, had written it down for Saturday. The woman singer from the entertainment heard of our issue and got us a table. Thank you. From there it went downhill. We were told our waitress would be the owner. She never came by for drinks or menus. After 30 minutes we went to the bar ourselves. There was one bar tender that was slammed. We eventually got our drinks and finished them before anyone even came to our table to take drink orders. We finally got our food order taken an hour & a half after arriving. We had to continue getting our own drinks all evening, including water. By 8:30 l went to the owner and told her we were done. Either bring us food or we’re leaving. 8:45 we got our food but couldn’t eat it because it was too cold, not even luke warm. We got to-go boxes (asked for 3 times) then had to go get our bills. I stood there & waited for her to finish them. I delivered them and returned them to her with payment. We’ve been there several times and had good service & good food, but tonight was unacceptable. We should have walked out but hate to be “that person”. Will be a very long time before I try it again and will absolutely refuse the owner as...

Food good when you get it, decor is nice and atmosphere pleasant, but too many service irregularities. Won’t be back.

(1) Tonight, the waiter let us look at our menu for several minutes and brought us drinks. Then offered to take our order, and only then said there’s no guy here to make pizza tonight so you can’t order any, even though that was the bulk of the side of the menu he’d seen us looking at. So we left, though against my better judgment my companion did insist on paying for the drinks.

(2) On previous visit, I asked the server what types of “IPA” beer they had, she named one, I ordered it, and she came back quite some time later to say oh we don’t have it. But I also ordered the Hawaiian pizza on that visit, and quite a long time went by (we were expecting the pizza by then), and she said oh, we don’t have any pineapple. She probably was hoping I’d say OK just give me the rest of the ingredients, but I chose another entree, and that delayed our party’s dinner considerably.

(3) A time before that, my neighbors went by, specifically for the pizza we like there, and were told sorry the oven’s broke.
