Subway — Restaurant in Venice

We had a great experience at this Subway. We were welcome by Tracen and immediately felt the positive energy, he was finishing with a customer and told us he was going to be right with us. The place was clean, the food was fresh and Tracen made sure each sandwich was prepare perfectly, he also made some suggestions which I loved, especially the sweet onion sauce, it goes perfectly with the steak and cheese sandwich. Overall a very plesant experience and great customer service, we believe Tracen should be consider for a manager position, he showed a lot of composure when the place got really busy right after he was taking our orders. He welcomed all customers and got a chuckle out of everyone since he was by himself at that moment, but he made sure we knew he got our orders on point. Although the Subway brand has fallen off so massively in the past few decades- this location does their due diligence to ouput the most satisfactory product that they are able to.

Subway is desperately trying to avoid the closure of their locations and has been offering big deals via their app or online ordering service. The rewards system for Subway is a ridiculous joke that benefits the user in absolutely no way: earning rewards points grants the user ACCESS to buy Subway merch, spend $100.00 get $5.00. However, as they are desperately trying to get people in the door they have been consistently offering 2-for-10 and $6.99 any deals, as of late. Do not expect this to continue.

Update March 2025 I recently returned to this Subway. I had read that they had New Management. I was pleased to find out that the service was still excellent. The gentleman who waited on me was very kind, friendly, and professional. My husband and I enjoyed the delicious Cheesesteak sandwiches. The sandwiches were made generously with fresh food. The restaurant looked clean and inviting.

The young man who made the sandwiches was very nice, and did an excellent job. We both really enjoyed our sandwiches and everything tasted fresh and worked together well.
