Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ventura

TERRIBLE service. We ordered regularly for delivery for our business and last week they delivered to the wrong location. Instead of making it right and redelivering they tried to say the address was entered in wrong even though I was looking at the email confirmation from them that had the exact address I entered. They refused to refund me or do anything but "redeliver but you'll have to pay again." I tried to reach out to corporate but couldn't get ahold of anyone and it's been a week and no one has reached out to me. This is unacceptable that they wouldn't refund my $60 pizza order that I never received because they can't read the street...

I order online and i kept checking the tracking order to see if it was ready an hour pass by and it said it was still in the “baking” and it said 12 to 17 since i order it. I decided to go inside and ask if it was ready and they said it was i told them that the tracking time is not accurate i went home with 3 cold pizzas 🙁🙁 i will not be ordering from this location i don't recommend this place to anyone. I ask my cousin if she has order from this place she said yes and that they stopped ordering from there because they got cold pizzas again cause the tracking is not accurate...

This store is the best and friendliest. The food always gets delivered fresh and hot with a kind smile/greeting from any driver sent to our door. Online ordering is the way to go, less hassle with trying to remember what you want on your pizza when you see all the options available. Phone ordering is also good and friendly, I just hate bothering them while their trying to make the best food 🤗. And should there be ANY issue with your order no matter how small they really make up for it quickly. Keep up the good work and great food 🙂 Your...
