Zero stars. FOOD POISONING TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE My family and i came up there around 9:30pm Friday night. 3 hot dogs. 2 with chili, 1 without. The jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks and fries. My daughter is the only one that didn’t eat the chili, poppers and moz sticks and she is completely fine. My boyfriend and i on the other hand are extremely ill since waking up around 7am this morning but i noticed in the middle of the night my body wasn’t right and my boyfriend actually had to get up and leave at 2:30am cause he was not feeling right. I called sonic about 5 minutes ago 12:30pm just to let them know the circumstances and to maybe throw that food away and the manager resulted into arguing with me saying I’d need a doctor to determine where i got it from but any smart person can do the process of elimination. She told me all the food is fresh at that time of night. Which the food wasn’t even hot when we got it and i specifically remember pointing that out to my boyfriend. She also told me i could’ve gotten it from anywhere, but funny thing is and i pointed out to her, that was my only meal yesterday. And how do both my boyfriend and I have the same symptoms? Throwing up, gut turning cramps, body aches, diarrhea, etc. i also missed work today because i physically cannot get out of bed. My boyfriend is also extremely ill. We have to cancel birthday plans as well. I told her I’m not even asking for compensation I’m just letting you know so you’re all aware and she HUNG UP ON ME. I tried to call back and they won’t answer my call. I was not rude, just informative and instead of having any type of sympathy, I’m told I don’t know what I’m talking about and hung up on!?? Get real. Read moreI thought they were closed today and now I wish they had been. What a bunch of disgusting people they employ. After waiting 20 minutes for two breakfast burritos and I was the only person there the nasty little girl asks if I want salsa. Yes I tell her. She hands me my bag w no salsa in it. I immediately looked to be sure and then said where's the salsa ??? She rolls her eyes and walked away. And not to get salsa So I honk the horn to get her attention. She just looks at me and keeps doing her thing. I open the drive thru window and ask where is my salsa? You just asked if I wanted some and I said yes so why did you walk away? This nasty thing opens a pack of salsa w her teeth and throws it at me into my truck. I went off on her. No respect for other people's property And the manager waddles to the window and locks it and starts cussing me! Not dealing w the brat employee. Unbelievable but par for the coarse. It all starts at the top so when you have trash like that for management you can't expect the employees to be any better. All of them running around the inside of this restaurant a d everyone has their ponytails a d hair going everywhere so just as well I threw away the food they prepared If this is the way they handle customers I really don't want to think about how they handle the food we order here. Read moreMy wife and myself and our child drive to sonic to each get a meal. When we got home mine was wrong. They had put mayo, lettuce and tomato in a chillie cheese burger. I tried to call several times but only got the automated service so I drove up to sonic with my food. A young man came out to see my food and said that he was sorry and the cook didn’t know how to make it. Ok fine, let’s fix it. He said he would replace the burger. I said there are chillin cheese fries in the bag as well. He stammered at that as if there was an issue. He asked if they were wrong too. I said no they are not but it’s a meal and I’d like to eat it all together fresh. He agreed but when I asked for the soda to be replaced he said not without the cup. I told him I dropped the cup and it was broken and he said he couldn’t do anything without the cup. So I then had to drive all the way back home and return a third time with the broken cup I had to dig out of the trash. I definitely did not want food from them at this point. I felt I could very well expect my food to be spit in and I told him exactly that as I asked for my money back. I am absolutely appalled at the way I was treated.
