I live 3 minutes from this place. And i wait a few months between orders. Stupidly every time thinking itll be different. Its been 2 years. And quite frankly dont order here unless you have plenty of time to kill. If you go in person, even when its slow itll take 30 minutes to get your food. If you order ahead and wait 20 to 30 minutes to pick it up. You'll still wait 15 minutes when you get here. I once ordered a thing of fries and a milkshake as i left work, in ft worth, and thought id pick it up as i got home. I still waited 15 minutes and my fries were cold. I'm not a picky person i said nothing and ate my cold fries. I once waited for my food and watched as the workers argued and fought, one kid, walked out with someones order , tripped dropped the order including a box of onion rings that went flying across the carpet by the drinks pick them up and put them back in the box. The manager was behind him, also watching. Saying nothing. Then he saw me watching, the manager did, and suddenly told him he couldnt do that and needed a replacement thing of onion rings. He then walked over to me and started asking me probing questions to see if i was upset or not. This was several months ago admittedly. But still i fool myself into going back thinking it'll be different. It.never.is. again 2 years, so now i just order from midlothian, by the time im there my food is ready (how reasonable) and i drive home with it. Uneventful, and my fries are hot and fresh. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the cashier, Michael, whose friendly demeanor immediately set a positive tone for my visit. He was efficient in taking my order and made sure to answer any questions I had with a smile.
The crew leader, Natalie, was also outstanding. She managed the team with remarkable poise and ensured that everything ran smoothly despite the busy atmosphere. Her attentiveness to both the staff and customers was evident, and it was clear that she played a crucial role in maintaining a high level of service.
My interactions with the manager, Jasmine, were equally pleasant. She was visible on the floor, assisting her team and checking in with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Her proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant impact on the overall dining experience.

Read moreWe came through drive through. Got handed the complete wrong order. I came through the inside to get the order I ordered like any customer would do. I got “my order” which was missing items like my #1 and the 9 piece chicken bites, so I get my order finally after multiple mistakes. Not only was my order wrong EVERYONE standing with me waiting on their correct order had gotten their order messed up or was missing items as well (there was 4 of us total talking amongst each other). This is NOT the first time this has happened. It happens 90% of the time I order at the Venus location. Why do I still try..?? Well it is the only one right by my home a few minute drive literally. I had converted to going to midlothian whataburger which is the next town over. I just still give Venus whataburger a go because of well…. Pure convenience. If this wasn’t happening almost every time I wouldn’t fee the need to complain. I get it it’s fast food it’s going to happen but this whataburger seriously needs HELP…. Please for the sake of it basically being the only fast food in our town besides sonic.
