I felt as I was treated differently for my skin. The girl looked me up and down and proceeded to give me a stank face while asking what sauce I wanted. I don't know her name but all I know is she had braces. After that encounter I looked down on my phone waiting on my sandwich to get out the toaster as it was a sandwich I wanted toasted, I took a bite into that sandwich it was like a easy way to hell. The bread was completely burned on the under side of my sandwich, which I never knew was possible. As I'm chewing it feels as I'm chewing small pebbles in my mouth, every piece of my chicken was burned along with the bread leaving a charcoal taste in my mouth. It seemed as she started to smirk while watching me take a bite, but I just proceeded to walk out as I didn't wanna start any problems. The next day I called the manager, questioning this behavior wondering was I being discriminated or what. Read moreMan, I travel for a living so eating at subway is something you can count on for consistency. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The guy working is incompetent to put it nicely. A foot long sub with a sprinkle of lettuce, 4 tomatoes, 4 pickle slices, 5 fragments of onion and a handful of jalapeños. I told the guy working that it’s a veggie sub and asked to have some actual vegetables on my sub. It went from 4 to about 15, handfuls of lettuce onion and pickles. just going overboard and being absolutely ridiculous. He knew the attitude he was displaying. Even had to say he threw in extra napkins because he almost couldn’t hold it to cut it. I should have just walked out at that point. I paid and tried to eat it, it was such an absolute mess I couldn’t even pick it up and threw the whole thing away. Avoid this place if this is how they train their employees. Absolutely horrible experience and leaves a stain across the whole company and the 13 states I travel to. Good job at driving a customer away...

I ordered at 8:50pm got there 9:15 there was a line and one girl working looked like by herself and no subs waiting at the pick up area I walked up to see if they were on the counter nothing either. Supposed to be a foot long meatball and 6” Black Forest. So I left to the dollar store to get my own lunch meat to hurry and eat dinner. Also why does the credit machine ask for a tip? When I tip no one says thank you. I also order 3 days a week so what does that tip get me? If I call in an order I can’t get that? I just don’t understand what I’m tipping for?
