The Taco Bell on Colorado Avenue in lorain, Ohio . They need to clean house desperately! This Taco Bell is like one minute drive from my house. I will drive all the way to Vermilion before I go back there again how disrespectful they were was unbelievable all because I complained my taco was not made right how would you like if you went somewhere and you ordered something and it wasn’t right the way you ordered and you got charged for the way that you wanted The employee had a fit I wasn’t happy with it she goes regardless if it was made right or not we still have to do it , she was talking loudly to her friend next to her when she said that. I had a mobile order and I took my cousin in with me he wanted something and we waited there a long time for the food for the mobile food that was already pre-ordered. so she started yelling and saying OK I’m putting a sour cream on OK I’m putting the extra cheese on and she just kept going on. She was a black lady with short hair. Her hair was in a bun. not the black lady that had a black jacket on. She was really nice. I asked the employee for her name, but they refused to give me the name because she says we’re not allowed to give out names well, how are you supposed to complain about someone you’re not gonna give out their name so you can leave a review so the company can actually know who’s actually doing their job and who’s not. What happens if you wanted to leave a good review and they could get recognized. And I didn’t see one employee have a name tag what place does that but she was too far away anyway for me to see what her name was even if she did have a name tag on , but she really did act like she was better than anyone else. She had a really bad attitude and the food still wasn’t done right my taco wasn’t and it was remade twice my cousin from Oregon. He was thinking about putting his application in there, but now he says no I’m not gonna work somewhere where they had that type of attitude all because somebody complains about their food and I showed my cousin my food he’s like I would’ve complained . it’s called customer service. The customer is always right and if you can’t accept that then maybe you shouldn’t be in that type of business and with you being in this area you’re not gonna last Taco Bell will go under. They might be busy right now cause they all new, and everybody’s getting to know them, but you’re gonna burn too. Read more1.5 months ago, my partner and I went to this taco bell. We ordered the steak nacho fries and birthday cake churro on top of a few other items. When we got home, we realized we hadn't received either. My partner called and very politely spoke to a manager. I wish I remembered his name. He said he would write it down and leave it in the "box".
1 month ago, we returned. They never wrote down what we were missing. My partner re-explained what we were missing. The manager gave us a single Nachos fry (not steak - basically half the value, but covered the value of the churro so it was okay) and nothing else. My partner called because he thought we were getting the steak nacho fry then. The manager admitted to being confused and jumping the gun on giving us the nacho fries. It was fine, he said he would write down the nacho fries and we could return to get them.
Tonight, we went back a third time. My partner announced that he was to get a replacement steak fry, to which the manager immediately became defensive and claimed it had already been resolved. It hadn't. We were still missing about $5 in value from over a month and two visits prior. My partner attempted to explain this but was met with "I'm not trying to argue with you" and "what are you looking to get out of this tonight, sir?" To which my partner just asked what we could get as a replacement and was told we could get a Doritos taco. My partner agreed, despite that item not covering the value of what we were originally missing because the managers attitude made it seem like we were just trying to get free items - we just wanted what we paid for.
It's $8, I would've never made this review if the manager, despite acting "friendly", hadn't been so rude and condescending. Hopefully our order isn't screwed up for a third time because it really just seems like they don't want to get you what you've paid for.
Edit - scratch the Doritos taco. We were supposed to get the free one and there was one with my partners meal. We only got one. So all we've gotten for $8 worth of missing food is attitude, run-around, and $2 worth of...

If your going in when the woman with the glasses is working just turn around and drive next door to subway. She always has an attitude. One time, I waited 10 mins in breakfast drivethru.. no one ever came. I drove up front and doors were locked. I cut through BP. Almost got finished placing my order on kiosk when she came out of the bathroom and told me sorry I'm the only one working, lobby doesn't open till 10am. Go back though the drive-thru. She would not take my order from inside. I felt like I was in the movie dude where's my car (AND THEN) (NO AND THEN) I just drove over to wendys. The staff and food there are always spot on! I decided to give them another chance. And guess what. Another disappointment. The same woman was back there preparing food with gloves on playing on her phone. How sanitary. I ordered a drink with my order at the kiosk. I walked to the front where the guy ignored me 3 times when I asked for my drink cup. So I got it myself. The lady screams from the back "I would've got your drink cup" Okay well I waited 5 mins and tried to call over the guy who looked like a deer in the headlights.
