BREW'D Coffee & Donuts — Restaurant in Vermillion Township

When brewed first opened it was amazing, local people revitalizing our little town, good food, great donuts, good drinks, all that is the same, but the service has been very lacking. The early staff was amazing, now you lucky to get anyone to say hello or acknowledge you for atleast 5 minutes, even if your one of maybe 2 people waiting. It has been very frustrating. Last visit I just left the drive thru without anything because I had 4 people walk by the window, watching one leaning on a counter, sipping tea, and talking. I just wanted a donut, a 30-second transaction, but couldn't get anyone to pay attention. I have gone in with my daughter multiple times. And if there is one girl running the counter. Another will walk up, who could help, and they keep their head down and do their thing and disappear again. The best service comes from the owners. They can actually multi task. And care about the business. But when I have to stand there and wait 10 minutes for a donut for myself and my daughter. With only 1 other person in the building and 6 people working, it's a little ridiculous. Staff used to be hard working and amazing. Could take care of an entire store, multi task, and everyone left happy. But service has since fell off and have had the sam experience the last several times, and my wife has also had the same. Food and donuts are amazing. Just be sure you have 15 minutes to get a donut, at a minimum, no matter how...

The food is great. The staff is friendly when they are able to serve you. You need about 20-25 minute leeway or a relaxed morning before you go in there. Spent 15 minutes in line with two people. Ahead of me. There was one staff person working the front counter, one person in the back and one person dealing with the six cars in the drive-through. Not the most efficient place in terms of dealing with orders. They need at least another person working the front counter or two people working the drive-through. Somebody order six drinks they sit at the window until they’re done making the drinks. They are however, very efficient with cleaning up but I guess there’s a balance between serving customers in a timely manner and letting them stay in there for three minutes where they clean up. And I think probably the most irritating thing about it is they see you standing in line the person that was working in the back saw that there was a line and they continue to do whatever...

This is a nice hidden gem in Hayesville Ohio. Their hours are limited but you need to check them out. So First off, super nice folks. You can either go in or order at the drive thru window on the right side of the building. A few spots outside to eat but plenty of natural wood tables tastefully hand made..They make doughnuts fresh. They are delicious. Their breakfast options are Burrito, breakfast Sandwich with several bread choices and quiche and you can choose ham or bacon on the quiche. All of which are delicious! So I ordered a iced coffee with flavoring iced espresso a doughnuts a breakfast Sandwich with croissant and quiche this only came to under 14 bucks the value for your money is fantastic. It is only a 30 min drive from Mansfield area. Take a nice drive and you will not regret...
