Boston Fish Supreme — Restaurant in Vicksburg

I have ordered salads, in-person, from here several times for my 80 year-old mom. She likes the fish salad but prefers to have the salad greens cut up, not necessarily shredded, because smaller pieces make chewing easier for her. The man who answered the phone told me that he knew me, but he didn't. He knew my request because evidently he had received the request before, but I haven't called in an order in years. He kept saying that he knew me and had previously received this request from me, but he had not. He was rude and suggested that I NOT order because they don't cut up the salad greens. He said that the salad comes out of the bag like that. Saying that, "It comes out of the bag like that," makes me wonder if they even rinse the salad greens. He said that he was only taking the order and couldn't promise that it would be cut up. Suggestion: Put on the order, "Please cut up the salad mix." I'll politely take my business elsewhere. Hint: If your customers ask for their food a certain way, PREPARE IT THE WAY THEY ASKED." I NEVER complained about the price, why are you making an issue about the way I want my mom's order? MY...

Was in town and decided to place on order to get so I can eat at my hotel. I ordered the catfish nuggets which sounded amazing which came with fries and I chose pink lemonade as drink. I actually ordered 2 of the same order and added some catfish fillets on side as well. I also asked that all my fish be cooked a little longer so its a little crunchyI made it very clear that I wanted no other sauces except for ketchup and even asked for extra ketchup. I open my order up at the hotel. Literally 2 packets of ketchup only included. I have like 50 catfish nuggets and 3 fillets???? Then on top of that fish was not cooked well and was like eating a gummy worm. You would think if you spent $35 on food you could at least get those two easy request filled?? Won't be eating here again...

I paid 12.09 for half country fried and half sweet and mild. That’s 10 wings they gave me 14 wings. 7 wings wasn’t edible, 2 country fried was uncooked meaning raw. And the sweet and mild was so hard and the taste was disgusting it tasted like vomit. I never had a problem before but this. Oh my god I will never buy this again. Lost me as a customer. I’m sorry but y’all are wrong for that. I want my money back. My stomach is starting to hurt. This is ridiculous. Now I went there yesterday and the food gave me bubbles guts....
