We are very disappointed with Service and Communication

We had been planning a family dinner for our wedding in Jackson Hole for several months and thought this restaurant would be perfect. Unfortunately, our experience has been anything but.

We called many times between me and my dad over several months, only to be redirected to different voicemails and leave messages with our phone numbers for different people. Despite our persistent efforts, we couldn't get ahold of anyone. Just when we were about to give up, we finally reached someone who, after hearing our situation, said they needed to speak with a supervisor.

The supervisor then informed us that they don’t host event dinners unless we are either members or staying on the property. She left us with a vague promise to talk to the banquet team and see if they could make it work, but we have yet to hear back despite numerous attempts to follow up.

Their website misleadingly suggests they accommodate events, leading us to believe we could host our family dinner there. They could have saved us a lot of time and effort with clear communication from the start. Don’t...

Disappointed with the service however the food was excellent.

We arrived at our reservation and were seated in an otherwise empty room, no offer to take drink orders or provide a description of the daily specials was offered. Our server seemed overwhelmed and was either too busy or unaware that we were there. First contact with our table was over 20 minutes. We were given water and promised complimentary bread, after 10 minutes another waiter asked if had been helped yet, we said yes but it was another 5-10 minutes before our server reappeared to take our order. We reminded our server of the bread and 10-15 minutes later we received the rolls and our appetizer at the same time. From this point forward things continued at a more typical dinning experience.
