Mi Ranchito Restaurant — Restaurant in Victoria

I’ve been coming to mi ranchito for years because their food is so delicious however over the past few months I’ve come. The younger girl they hired for the drive thru has terrible and slow customer service. Everytime I call and place an order, I have to repeat myself 3 times because she can’t hear, maybe it’s because she has her headphones in all the time. Never gone to a restaurant where they find serving customers with headphones in both ears ok. And not only that I got there with 2 cars in the drive thru and sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes before getting my food. Very small dining area 😕, big plates though. Staff not so friendly 👎. And if you have to utilize the restrooms, you must walk through the staff and the drink prep area, that's a shame! It's far better service through the Drive Thru rather than dine in! With the amount of customers coming in and out, they really need a bigger location 😕 Personally, I prefer food to be hot, but it wasn't delivered to our table that way. I’ve been wanting to stop at this place for a while now especially since is hard to find real authentic Mexican food especially when you move here from a big city. I order a bit of everything I enjoyed the picadillo, egg and bacon even the carne guisada the taste was good. The beans are good too since is hard to find good refried beans that don’t taste like chili here. Once I got to the fajita I was very disappointed at the quality of meat and the way it was cooked.
