I'm not one to write bad reviews, but this Burger King location is so bad that I feel obligated to.
I ordered the American Brewhouse King combo. Cost me 9 bucks. For reference, it comes with bacon, cheese, lettuce, crispy onion, mayonnaise, tomato, and some sort of sauce; I ordered it without the last three items. It's also worth noting that instructions to make this burger are posted on their wall for the employees.
Burger comes out 10 minutes later, only to find they've put ketchup on it. It doesn't come with ketchup and I hate it. So they remake my burger after another 10 minutes. They forgot the bacon. They put on bacon and I finally got to leave the store after nearly half an hour. However, when eating it I found out they put pickle on it this time; it doesn't come with that either, and I hate pickles too. Also note that by now my onion rings are cold and my drink is already melting because it took so long.
For 9 dollars? I can go to any other fast food chain and get a meal that is better, quicker, and cheaper. And this is not the first time I've had a problem. I've been here one other time, and it was so bad that this Burger King became the only restaurant where I have requested a refund.
This place is so bad that I did not want to go here despite me having a gift card for it. Primarily because of this. I don't like writing negative reviews, but after this I just have to. Had I spent actual money here I would've been more pissed than I already am. I still have money left on my gift card, but I refuse to come...

I tried to order some spicy nuggets (because they had a sign at the drive-thru advertising them), and she said "wheh-dunnn-heh-spesseh-knuhbbits" or at least that's what I got out of her frustrated mumble. It was like she got mad that I wanted to give them more money, and her way of expressing her disapproval was through a half way mumble and long sigh. I figured if the attitude was that bad, the food wouldn't be good this time either. I just drove off fearing that my food was probably made without gloves, or I might risk getting a pattie that was dropped on the floor. Read morevery disappointed. A worker came on drive thru speaker and said the drive thru was closed due to shortage of workers and we needed to go in to order. A customer behind us told us they had been doing that off and on. When I went in there was one customer eating and one customer at the window. Three workers walking around and one lady making a burger. I asked about the drive thru and one worker said he didn't know it was closed. Asked another one and he said he didn't know but the other worker was telling everyone they needed to come in to order but he didn't know why he was telling everyone that.
