Subway — Restaurant in Victoria

If I could give a zero out of 10 I would.

So I ordered Subway from the one in Victoria through the app. It said my order was ready and when I got there, he said he didn't have my order. When I showed him my order and that I PAID, he basically said call Subway. SIR YOU ARE SUBWAY. Then I said ok, give me the number to customer service and he said, "I don't have one. Look it up."

He was rude and combative from the moment I came in. I tried being nice but I'm out $45 so I needed the issue fixed asap and he basically said "Not my problem." So went off because you see I ordered, you see I paid you are the manager and you don't want to make it right?? On top of that he is getting multiple online orders while I was talking to him but yet you didn't get mine?

Meanwhile, there is a police officer in there and he shows the police the computer for online orders and I said "OK let me see." And he refused to let me see the screen! Because I bet my order would have popped up made and ready!

I believe he made the order, somebody else grabbed it and instead of him being out of $45 worth of food, he wanted me to be out $45. And before yall start posting customer service numbers just know I googled every single one and called every single one and the only thing it told me to do is file a complaint online.

So just beware it you do an app order to Subway in Victoria because they will do NOTHING if the order...

I will never order from this Subway ever again! Unprofessional! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch on the Subway app it says it would be ready at 2:50 that was 20 minutes from when I ordered it and I ordered it when no one was even at the store, I go to pick up my order--I watch the man get my chips and my soda and leave it on the counter as he walks outside to smoke his cigarette and get on his phone So I asked him for my order he tells me to come inside and I am clearly at the Subway curbside zone is curbside zone so anyway I went in and instead of giving me Is my food he shows me the receipt well the receipt said something about rotisserie chicken I didn't order rotisserie chicken I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and I even came back outside to get my phone and to show that to him well instead of fixing my food he wanted to argue with me about what the receipt said and I told him I know what the receipt shows you but I am telling you what I ordered and I am showing it to you on my phone He wanted to keep arguing with me instead of fixing my food when I asked for my money back he told me that I had to contact the Subway app so I tried to contact customer service and all they do is emails. I can't find a number to speak to a person. All the numbers I have are automated systems and catering. So im out of $14 and...

The guy that drives the gold car is very rude and disrespectful he sneezed near my sandwich and snot came out his nose I ask please don’t touch my sandwich let the lady finish making it. He did not like that and told me he’s sneezing from smoking cigarettes I do not care he had snot running down his mouth it was disgusting to see. He then threw my sandwich in the trash and told me to get the hell out! I was shocked he’s so disrespectful after being disgusting I will never eat there again.
