Previous owners were amazing! My wife would pick up a bag of donut holes every day she went to college. Super nice. Hot and fresh. Million times better than the stale, day-old donut holes at some other places. Owners would grab her bag when she walked in before she said anything.
Went once under the new owners, about a month after the switch. She handed $2 over (literally two one dollar bills like she did every other time) for donut holes (price was a dollar and change) so she could leave without waiting for a receipt she don’t need, and the worker looked at her like she just stole food. And this was not a teenager, but a middle-aged employee. My wife literally overpaid for donut holes and was looked at like she robbed the place.
