Moo-Moo — Restaurant in Victoria

Terrible experience. Placed an online order at 5:33, show up 20 min later to pick it up, and get asked to wait in the waiting parking spaces. No problem, it's usually busy so I expect/don't mind that.

Waited 40 minutes out there, watched others get their food right next to me, and finally I decided to go inside and check on the order. Before I even get to the counter or open my mouth they already knew what order I had and was coming in to check on lmao. They told me it was "just waiting on fries" and magically, less than a minute later brought my food up, with fries of course. (Hint, the rest of my food was ready the whole time and they forgot to put fries in and bring it out)

I get home and the toppings were all wrong on one of the burgers, and the mayo had already soaked into the bun/made it soggy from sitting for 30+ minutes, the burgers were cold, the beef was undercooked and soft and tasted like biting into ground beef straight out the fridge at room temp. Looked like that burger they tried to feed the health inspector on spongebob

I called to let someone at the store know what was going on and of course sat on hold for 20+ min until I stopped wasting my time and hung up. Get y'alls stuff...

I want to share my experience because the reviews to this place had my hopes up. Comments like “best chicken in Victoria.” “Homemade” are simply false and untrue. What you get is flavorless fried chicken, with subpar sides. Not only was the food was super underwhelming; the wait was outrageous. I understand they might have ran out of fried chicken and had to cook up a fresh batch which had my hopes up even more to get the best quality hot and ready fried chicken but expectations crushed. I waited over 30 minutes (not exaggerating I checked times with receipt) for 3 meals for my family.

This was the first time I ever had to go out of my way to PURCHASE food at ANOTHER RESTAURANT after this dinner because we simply could not finish the food. I typically don’t leave reviews but I have to SAVE someone else from false expectations and just underwhelming food. The employees were great though. That’s the only reason I cannot bring it to myself to leave a 1 star review. Sorry Moo-Moos. Very...

I just want to first start off by saying that the lady at the window was super helpful And very friendly. So I grabbed dinner tonight not sure of what I wanted, I got a burger and then some steak fingers. I also ordered The Kids the Chicken nuggets, but Overall, for how pricey they were, I was kind of disappointed. The burger tasted like a frozen patty not much flavor plus the bun had a funny smell to it not to mention their fried food that being The steak fingers and the nuggets are bland. The food isn’t terrible. It just tastes like something older folk would enjoy since it’s literally so bland and flavorless.
