Update: At one point this was my go to place for Mexican food close to home. Things changed. The food is still the same but I don't appreciate the shady business practice of changing prices on me for added items every time i went.

Attention: if you go, ask for an itemized receipt.

I was being charged based on how the cashier felt that day. I was usually getting a veggie burrito with fries. I have a bad habit of not checking to see If I'm being charged correctly until one day I asked the girl what the dollar charge was for and she said for fries in the burrito. I thought oh ok. The next time I go the co-owner lady put $.65 for the fries and I told her I thought it was $1 and she said no this is what I charge. I thought it was weird the girl from the other night charged me $1 so I told her and she said she didn't know why. She goes by what her husband tells her. A few nights later I go back and the same girl that charged me $1 is there and I pay close attention to what she's charging me. I see her finger hovering over the 1 and 2 buttons on register until she decides to charge me $1.50 for the fries. I again asked her what that was for and she said it was for the fries. I questioned her about the price difference and she didn't know what to say. The owner Beto was there and he could hear me questioning the girl about the charge but he didn't step in. I asked her when they increased the price from $1 to $.65 to $1.50 and she said they hadn't. That's it's always been $1.50 but when I told her again the different prices she said they increased it the previous week. I told her that was not correct because that's when I noticed the difference I was being charged each time. I told her I would never be returning because I didn't appreciate their dishonesty. She was very shocked and replied with a REALLY? It didn't seem sarcastic but maybe she was. They've lost my business so again, if you go,make sure you ask for an itemized receipt. Don't let them charge you more.

I like this restaurant. Service is always excellent and they remember my special requests. They even know how my dog loves his tacos (plain with no oil on the tortilla). Their all about taking your money and pretty much giving you whatever! I came here and spent 25 dollars, received charred inedible food!!! When I called the girl at the register offered me 6 dollars from 25.00 and I wasn't even offered to remake the order! I was told to bring the food back, upon bringing the food back their was a VERY heated debate because they had no wants in giving my fair amount of cash back! As a business they have absolutely NO CUSTOMER service and can care less if u eat the food or not! Their all about a dollar! I was willing to pay for all things consumed but they want you to just take whatever as a refund fair or unfair! These people need to go out of business! The only thing keeping them in business apparently is ripping people off because it isn't good food and good customer services keeping their doors open! I can assure you that! Dry, burnt food, and then their upset when you don't want it. COME HERE AND DONT LIKE IT U WONT BE ACCOMIDATED So don't waste your money where it isn't appreciated!!! Terrible terrible customer service.

I eat food from here at least 5x a month because it’s so close. We always call in an order and my husband picks it up. Never have we had an issue.

Today, I’m home while everyone is gone so I decided to do a delivery order. Order comes on time but the potatoes in my breakfast burrito were not fully cooked, tiny little diced potatoes but very crunchy.

I have never had an issue here so I figured I’d call and have them remake the breakfast burrito, and then my husband could pick it up on his way home.

Nope. Told me to call the number on their website, said there was nothing they could do about it. So weird. It’s so crazy because every time we come here the manager is so friendly and always acknowledges how often we come here. Never has there been an issue, and the one time there is they won’t even help.
