Drove from Marksville, come here on a regular Ordered a baked potato , the cheese sauce was on side of plate asked waitress what happened to the cheese. she stated the cheese sauce waste on the side.only utensil I had was a fork, tried to apply sauce with the fork. Still wasn't saucy enough. Explained to another waitress 20 minutes later. what I was told. She asked did I want her to bring cheese sauce. My reply was yes.waitress gave me sauce and charge me 2.50, asked for a manager,the manager was the young lady who told me the sauce were on the side of the plate. I told the manager I was not paying extra , she stated I was going to pay in a disrespectful way. I told her to call the police because I didn't think it was right to psy any extra for cheese that should have been placed on the potato The only thing she had to do was bring a spoon while the cheese was hot, the other waitress said i should have asked for a spoon in a disrespectful way. she and the other waitress told me to get out and don't come back in front of other customers. i told them i would never come back to a poor management restaurant, I been running a business for 40yrs. I visited this establishment earlier this evening and received the worst treatment. My husband and I were seated and told someone would be with us. No one came. Shortly after, a different group of customers walked in and were immediately seated in the booth connected to ours. The same server who sat us, immediately took their drink orders, brought their drink orders to their table, then proceeded to take their food order, while we still sat without being serviced. She finally decided to walk over and say oh I guess no one came, I’ll go ahead and take your orders. I explained my disappointment with the bias customer service and left. Had dinner with the wife tonight and it was amazing! The salsa hit perfectly. The perfect amount of spice to make you feel it without burning you up, not chunky and not liquid. Just right for Goldilocks. The chorizo queso was so good, it could have been the meal itself. I had the burrito asada, which was absolutely killer, and a Mexican chorizo taco. That taco was the real deal. Heck, the line juice from the line wedge had the perfect acidity to flavor balance that made the taco pop! My wife had the Mexican taco combo plate and completely loved it. We had to pass on dessert because we were stuffed. And our server, who's name i didn't catch was great.
