D'Paulo's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Vienna

Went for the first time with my fiancé and our kids we order a medium cheese pizza and breadstick. The breadsticks were flat like a deflated balloon they were hard and crunchy and the pizza was so greasy it was awful the pizza sauce was bland and came right off the pizza we paid 23 dollars and we had high hopes because we have picked up doordash and grub hub orders from them before and it always smelled really good so we decided to try it and we were very disappointed we will NEVER be ordering from them EVER AGAIN 10 out of 10...

Originally we went there for a pizza (that we didn't particularly enjoy), but when we later went back to complain, they made it right with their calzones and cannolis. Calzone was the best I'd ever had and the cannolis are out of this world good. We will now be recurring guests because of that amazing calzone and experience. Excellent customer service skills by the owners son and cashier that day. They truly do care about...

Came in for the dinner buffet around 5PM. There were no pizzas on the buffet at all, salad bar was half full. When we got our drinks at the fountain machine, there was no ice, 2/5 of the drinks were out of order, and 1 was clear, so it clearly needed changed.
