The chef in the back of the house was fantastic as well as our waitress it all started with her because I have a handicap brother who has dietary restrictions and needs his food pureed and I normally have a blender with me but I needed an electric outlet and I had asked her about it and she told me that she would talk to the staff in the back and the chef came out within 5 minutes and he sat down beside of us and you know asked me what I was needing and and I told him and he told me that he could do it he thought because they had a blender and he was very attentive he wanted to you know definitely do this for us and make sure that he got it right he was super joyful about it he actually went above and beyond anything that we've ever experienced anywhere and then he told us that my brother's meal was going to be for free and he had only ordered we had just ordered the the veggie Hibachi I guess but was just going to have them you know make it up back there for him and we thought they did not have to do that I mean we was not expecting a free meal I just wanted to be able to puree his food so he could sit there and eat with us you know out of the nice restaurant and the place definitely went above and beyond anything that they had to do the chef did and just because of that it's a place that we would definitely go back to even though it's just a little pricey I wish that I knew this guy's name in all honesty I guess he was just an amazing person really it...

We drew a rookie cook and server. our companions wanted a to go order to be ready when we were close to done for their homebound son. that got fubar. then our server never returned to cash us out. hubby went to cash out at the front desk, and they sent him back to the rear waitstand. they wanted us to vacate the table, to seat the next hibachi party, but weren't proactive in running tabs, and very slow in getting our friends to go order ready when it was ordered when our table put in our whole order. Henron needs more training on basic cookery, and showmanship. veggies typically hit the flat top early, and get served early. our veggies hit the flat top first, and were served LAST, after the chicken amd salmon. after watching the shrimp die on the heat, I'm sure the salmon was overcooked as well, since it was sitting until the chicken was served. Our sashimi order did NOT COME with the side of rice per the menu, but we were charged the same as an entree. The dipping vessel was cute, but completely inadequate in size. THEN we got crabstick on a sashimi platter?? Very disappointed this year. We have been Xmas Day patrons for several years, I may recommend a different venue next year. We may not get 'the show', but quality of food amd service may play part of our choices...
