Dunkin' — Restaurant in Villa Park

Awful experience! I go to Dunkin' with my family quite often and because I care about the environment and due to high gas prices I decided to take my bike to Dunkin as I've done in the past. I noticed it was open on Thanksgiving but there was nobody inside and since they don't have any bike racks outside to securely lock your bike I walked my bike inside and safely put it over to the side away from the entrance and exit. I waited a couple moments to pick up my order and I was immediately yelled at by one of the staff members that I have to take my bike outside. I have had my bike stolen in the past and understand how important it is to be able to securely lock your bike and I have never had an issue walking my bike into and establishment to the side away from everybody especially when there's nobody inside. I asked them how that makes sense if they don't have anywhere to lock up your bike outside and they said that I just have to put my bike outside even though I have gotten my bike stolen in the past and there are homeless people sometimes outside that I have to worry about damaging or stealing my bike. I also mentioned that they need to have bike racks right outside their store to lock your bike up and this would never be an issue. I hope management reads this review and responds back to me as this was a very awful customer experience and I have seen other patrons walk their bikes into the establishment over to the side as this has been an issue for other...

Dunkin 🍩 Donuts in Villa Park Center is a Super Dunkin w/ drive-thru, parking 🅿️ lot, patio w/ new lounging furniture & really cool fireplace. Already hav many new offerings for 2025. Excellent Customer Service & Super Friendly. Great 🍩 Dunkin ☕ location! Coffee ☕ options offered warm or cold are stellar & defly provide super charge just like the donuts 🍩 hav sugar power. Lots of healthier options as well. Fresh batches make fore warm and fresh donuts 🥯 often. Drive-Thru is really cool how it starts on opposite side of parking lot & wraps around entire building in Villa Park Center, CA. On fav location list for many reasons 👍 Defly go out of their way 2 make You feel welcome. Extremely clean location. With leukemia and no immune system i notice that stuff...lol. Large selection of Merchandise and assorted drinking containers. Lots of premade coffee ☕ pods & more. Wonderful large outside brick 🧱 fireplace 🔥 enclosured safely with ballistic glass. Helps make for really cool flame color tones & usually has tornado 🌪️ 🔥 look. Patio also has nice new matching set of quality woven lounge chairs, couch's, tables, & chairs. I’ve been coming here for years. Years since it open. At first this location was good. It was fast and efficient. Now in the last 3 years this place has started to become a joke. I mean the people that work there are slow. They don’t move with urgency. It’s frustrating giving them your Oder. They can’t seem to comprehend. The drive thru is a joke. Going to the front counter is a joke. They will gladly mess up. I come here a lot. I’m surprised I’ve never wrote any reviews about this place. But Saturday when I came. I had enough. I only come here because my son likes the munchkin donuts. And they always still manage to mess that order up. I tried using the app. Hoping it works wonders. It’s way worse than the employees taking your order. They have items on that app that they don’t sell at the store. Yet they still charge you for it and waste your time picking it up. This place is ridiculous. This place is a joke. Never am I ever coming here ever again. They keep hiring people who can’t...
