Curly's Pub and Grub — Restaurant in Village of Blue Mounds

Great experience! We stopped in looking for a lunch spot while driving from Dubuque back to Oconomowoc- Greeted by very friendly Bartender/ owner- We had the Curlys Double Patty- 2 8oz pattys( 1 Lb burger!) - easily big enough for my wife and I to split!- Great burger- very juicy and seasoned perfectly - Great Bun too!- we had it topped with Gouda cheese- Delicious!! We had a nice conversation with some of the other local folks at the bar as well- everyone was friendly- Very clean establishment- a hidden gem! We highly recommend Curlys and will stop again whenever traveling through this part...

It's a bar. It's not that it's not family friendly but it's not designed to cater on a normal to families. That's not to say if you go with your kids at two in the afternoon you won't get served. I went to a few restaurants in my short time in Wisconsin and this was the only place to make my family and I welcome. That's saying alot. For a bar... that normally has 21+ adults for its customers to go and make my family welcome is above and beyond. So really I'm writing to say this place...

Great place. Amazing food, best corn chowder ever and free community food on game days. Quality owner and friendly staff along with the locals that will strike a conversation anytime. Free pool on Mondays. 🎱 League is here on Thursdays. Refurbished table and you can usual get some of them to play some competitive games after. Just don’t let the cooks pool shark you!
