Marko's Pizza — Restaurant in Village of Germantown

Went here a couple times with friends. We had the buffet on one occasion and tried the wings the other time. Both were amazing deals, you just won't find anywhere else in the immediate area. Before I talk about the food, I want to say the staff here on each of the nights I was there, gave us a warm and friendly dining experience. I never had to wait long for a drink.

The buffet is small but more than worth the price you pay. They make a solid pizza and the chicken is broasted, perfectly. My buddy took one bite of the pizza and said "This is really good!" I liked it too, but warning, those pizzas are HOT. I burned the roof of my mouth, but that's my fault! They had some side items, but if you're not loading up on the pizza and chicken, you are a chump.

The wings are decent and were a deal at 50 cents a wing. I think they were very lightly breaded, maybe a flour dredge. If I'm being honest, I think the parmesan wings may have been a tad salty, but that's not a wing I'd normally get. I had the hot, bbq, and my other friend had some honey mustard, and we liked each of those. Again, this is a deal you just won't find the equal of in the immediate area.

The place wasn't very busy with other patrons dining in, but they seemed to be filling plenty of orders for pick up and delivery. Classic/old school Wisconsin dining interior. It's a small place.

Great pizza!! Small but unique atmosphere, but had a little trouble with the service. It seems some employees get confused or don't pay attention to what is being said to them! Ordered the 17" pizza to get the two State Fair tickets, as per their ad in the local paper. Asked about the tickets multiple times while ordering, also asked multiple times upon picking up the pizza, thought I had them but found out after a 40 plus minute trip home I did not. Called them up explained multiple times eventually getting someone on the phone who explained that I should've been handed the tickets and that I could pick them up before they closed at 9pm. Which already being 5pm and have to drive back another 40 plus minutes back then turn around to back home was bad enough. But then when I got there Again the same employee was confused about the whole situation again!! It finally took the second employee to finally tell the other employee to just give the tickets to me then gave me the bums rush out the door by abruptly saying Goodbye when I was planning on ordering something else before leaving. Ordered garlic bread, basket of shrimp, and a chicken bacon ranch pizza. The small pizza thank god. Garlic bread photo is a nice thick piece of Texas toast with seasoning and looks appetizing, what we received was 3 slices of white butternut bread dunked in garlic butter. Imagine eating a floppy piece of butternut bread and paying 3.75$. The shrimp was the only thing we finished eating. Probably because they didn't make it and it came out of a bag into a fryer. Now lastly, I've had markos before maybe 10 years ago and it was good pizza from what I remember, but not today. On my cbr the toppings weren't fully cooked, couldn't even taste ranch, and the dough was so doughy tasting it just overwhelmed the entire pizza.
