I ordered a tuna sub with a "regular"(actually very small size) fry and cheese curd. It was around 7:00pm but I set the pick up time for 8:00pm. I get there at 8pm and its me walking in, 1 guy walking in behind me, and 1 other guy was sitting waiting for his food. I walked up to the counter and said I was here to pick up my order. My Tuna sub was sitting on the counter already to go. The girl making the subs prompted another girl to put fries and cheese curds in so they would be fresh. I am waiting about 6 mins past and a batch of fries and cheese curds get done but a young guy working the front is taking his time putting the fries and cheese curds in a bag. He finally does so and I am thinking it's for me...Come to find out the guy walking in behind me orders fries and cheese curds, so they handed him the bag. I had to wait another 5-10 mins between orders he was taking from other folks walking in, to make another batch of fries and cheese curds for me! It's like common sense should have told the initial girl who dropped the fries and cheese curds in, to fry enough for my order and the guy who walked in behind me, at the same time right?...I guess making sense is not so common for everyone! I didn't get out of there until almost 8:20pm and in my opinion it should not have taken that long for my fries and cheese curds when I asked for things to be ready by 8pm via the app! Read moreOne of the workers (woman with blond hair-may be a manager) was very rude. After getting my food, I went out to the car, and went to grab my large fry, I noticed that the fries were no where near the amount of a large fry. So I went back in and said, “I don’t mean to be petty, but I ordered a large fry and this is all I got.” Some of the workers laughed, but the lady with the blonde hair said, “I filled this myself to the top!” I said, “no you didn’t!” She then asks to see my daughter’s bag, which we left in the car. I said, “what do you need to see her bag for? Her food has nothing to do with mine!” She continued to state that she know she filled it herself to the top. I proceeded to tell her that I did not need to lie, and I feel like she’s calling me a liar. One of the workers gave me a new fry. She continued to say things under her breath. I then said, “I’ll be calling corporate because this is ridiculous!” She then yells, “Go ahead, we aren’t corporate!” I then said, “well you do have a boss!” I then left as I had my daughter with me and I didn’t need her to see me go back and forth with this lady. Read morePlaced an order online for two subs and one order of fries. Pick up time was 1149. When I arrived there at noon, I figured my order would be ready without doubt. When I was told I had to wait a few minutes, that was still fine by me.
Minutes pass, eventually turning into 25 minutes. At that point, 13 customers had been helped before me: half of which arrived after I was already waiting 15 minutes. When I went up to the counter a second time, I explained the situation to another employee and asked if my order was even ready. Of course she found my order, as it was sitting there the whole time.
So......I basically waited 25 minutes for an order that was already done and waiting, due to incompetent staff. Unacceptable for any customer, but even more frustrating considering I'm 7 months pregnant. This isn't the first time this has happened, but I decided to leave a review this time because their poor customer service just caused them to lose another customer. I'll gladly frequent other sub shops...
