IHOP — Restaurant in Village of Plover

This review is purely for the waitress we had at this location. Elisabeth, I'm sorry but you should think more about your trade. From the top. First off we were sat at a sticky crumby table like it was not wiped at all. Waitress basically just said hi, can I take your drink order. Didn't offer specials or tell us her name and she was not wearing a name tag. It was IHOP so my family already knew what we wanted, so we also gave her that order with the crispy hasbrown alter and side sour cream. We were very clear about the browns. It had to have been at least 15 minutes before she brought out our drinks. By the time our plates came one of our glasses were empty and she dropped off our food like it was an Amazon order with pale soggy browns and no sourcream, didn't ask if we needed anything just walked off from us. I ended up making eye contact with a waitress serving a whole different area and she took care of us. Thankfully bc we were furious 😠 😡. After we got what we needed, our waitress came back with our check. We were not even 1/4 through our meal from waiting on corrections. My jaw dropped, I could not believe this girl. We requested that our check be transferred to the nice lady that took care of us and gave her the tip, she went out of her way to make sure customers were happy so we felt she deserved it. It goes to show that if you smile and treat people like human beings, water their glasses make sure their food is correct before dropping it in front of them they will be grateful. This IHOP made their food well as far as we can tell I think that and the other kind lady were he only things that kept or SUNDAY family morning...

Admittedly this was on "black friday", however not so stellar. We (4 adults) arrived around 10:30 a.m., were seated almost immediately and had our drinks order taken. Shortly later our food order was taken and everything went down hill. We had been advised it may take up to 30 min for our order (all breakfast items.) Around 1 and a half hours later our food showed up. In total at this point we have at least 1 3/4 hours in, mostly listening to kitchen staff and wait staff arguing and yelling at each other, but we have food and it should be warm right? Nope, the cold eggs should not have been that much of a suprise as we noticed some of the order was flat out wrong. We did finally have food though, cold and wrong as it may be, we had food. Even ignoring the cold food the rest was pretty poor even for a chain restaurant. Ok we're done, around 2 hours in (yes we ate kinda quick...we were hungry) and were ready to get going, just need the check. You can see where this is going right? Finally got the check (another 10 min) and were told we couldn't just pay at the front counter like most IHOP restaurants but had to wait back at the table for our server to cash us out. Not a big deal if that process alone didn't add another 20 min to our experience, but it did. Between the cold food, outrageous wait, and staff infighting I can not in good conscience advise choosing this particular IHOP. Worst Ihop and customer service I ever went to. Today I received a door dash order and accepted it when I arrived there was a female with glasses and a nose ring who approached me. I asked the female was the door dash order ready she responded back in a hostile tone and said well it isn't ready and walked off. I proceeded to wait the white female came with the door dash order I proceeded to grab the order and leave out she said in a angry tone don't come back to this IHOP location again. I proceeded to follow the white female and followed her a d asked me why I can't return she stated I was rude. I never once said anything to this women seems like she was having a bad day or jus point blank racist She was very rudei stated I wanted to speak with a manager and she stated she she lied.she also reported my door dash account and lied. I'm goin to IHOP everyday until I get a manager and I reported her to coperate and let door dash know she trying to get my account flag I will harass them everyday until justice is served for me I don't know this women from Adam or eve I also have two friend employees that work at this Ihop. I'm going to report the to til this employee is fired for not respecting me as a Dasher because she sleeps around. I called the store to ask for the manger she keeps hanging up me and my sister will be there first thing in the am to speak with management and calling corporate back for thing tomorrow black lives do matter cuz mines do and I will get the...
