This store is lucky to even get 1 star from me. Today as I'm in the lobby after giving my order to the girl at the register who did let me know that there was a wait time of 20 mins at least and she was sorry for that as you are short staffed. The whole lobby was full of people and she stayed calm and very nice to ever person she rang up. Now as she was done with that she was being yelled at by 2 other females in the kitchen because they needed her help. ( Now I watched as the girl in the front ran from the back of the store, out to help the fornt counter, helped a lady with drive thru, and still was able to make sure everyone out front was as comfortable as we were gonna get waiting as long as we had. She was refilling everything for the front and drive thru and still being yelled at from the back. I finally see her go in the back for a few seconds just for both of the other girls working started yelling at her again. Now my issue is the girl who managed to do the front, drive thru, filling everything and got yelled at for nothing at all when the others were only doing 1 thing at a time. There was no reason she should've been yelled at since she was the only one who was actually doing more then she should have. I did see her come back to the front and take a couple orders and she disappeared. I hope she will be ok and I will be contacting a manager about the things I saw. Read moreJust wanted to give this Taco Bell location their kudos—by far the friendliest, efficient, and most personable crew I’ve ever had the pleasure of engaging with. My personal experiences with this location have always been exceptional and on a side note: I really appreciate Taco Bell making their menu more vegan friendly with fresco options for the crispy potato soft taco, bean burrito, and bean and rice burrito.
Because of the crew members’ always pleasant demeanors, I assume it’s because they’re just inherently pleasant people and/or because they’re blessed to work in a positive work environment. If that’s the case, then great job, Taco Bell. Continue investing in and working WITH your workforce—it makes a noticeable difference in the quality of service and customers like myself greatly appreciate it.
4/10/2022: I dropped my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars because the girl with the colorful hair who worked drive thru (8:30 p.m. CST) was very unpleasant to deal with. I always have pleasant encounters with the crew at this location, so it’s possible she may be new. However, if she is, then she was a bad hire because her attitude and temperament do not match that of the other crew members. I came back through the drive thru after realizing they gave me old potatoes and politely requested a fresh order. I guess she didn’t like that I had the audacity to expect fresh food after paying for it with my money AND donating to the Taco Bell college fund to help support workers like her. Read moreUsually good food but..... I work 3rd shift. Taco Bell is only place around that is open late so I frequently go threw the drive threw on my break. Last time I went it was about 12:40am and they close at 1:00am. They tell me they have no meat left only rice and beans so I said no thanks and left. Sounds to me like they are basically just lazy and trying to have everything pack up and done by 1:00 vs actually serving customers until 1:00. Ok, I let it slide the first couple times but it's getting to be every time I go they are pulling this "we don't have meat" story if it's within a half hour of closing time. Today I went again and ordered 2 box meals for me and a co-worker and they tell me they only have enough meat for one order. So I order the one and get to work only to find the crappiest Taco Bell I've ever had. Quaserito box with basically a quaserito shell and a sprinkle of meat and rice since they said they also have no nacho cheese left. The tacos where garbage. They didn't even fill half the hard shells. Usually get a nice fill of one of these boxes but the entire box maybe had the amount of meat in at as a normal quaserito. And of course they still charges full price even though they ripped me off completely. Very poor food and poor service. They should be serving food until 1:00am (advertised closing time) not packing everything up at midnight and telling customers they "ran out of meat".
