Read more3 people looked out at the line of people waiting to pay and be get their 1 cup to start the dinner. Pizza selection was small and lacking. Regular buffet was full and hot. Deserts were good and quickly stocked. Ice cream was creamy. And the best worker was cleaning tables and being friendly with the customers. He was the only one we really noticed that was trying to make the experience good for everyone,(sorry sir forgot to get your name) 2 adults and 2kids $70+… lot more than expected… few recommendations for the owner would be… more pizza selection than regular selection, it is a pizza place after all… let the customers get their cups as they need to. Handing out cups and having customers refill the same cup over and over is a germ spread situation. They are running a...
Read moreVERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE! Ordered by phone, and was informed that the 2 pizzas would be ready in 1 hour. When we arrived to pick up the pizzas an hour later, we went to the drive up window, where we were ignored for 10 minutes as 2 different people walked by, then went in to pick up our order and paid. Over the next 30 minutes, and several checks on the progress of the pizzas, as well as rechecks by the staff on which pizzas were ordered, we were ultimately informed that the pizzas had accidentally been placed on the buffet. We were refunded our money and just given a verbal apology, despite ultimately wasting a lot of time waiting for food that never came and that we should have been able to have been told was not coming. We left disappointed, frustrated, and irritated, and will be unlikely to return in the near future. The only positive part of the experience was that the staff were polite,...
