Get It Now — Local services in Village of Weston

I used to LOVE this place. They actually are the reason my credit was able to stabilize! But then recently.. my boyfriend used my card to pay his account, it declined twice. Then used a different card and it went through and that transaction closed the account completely. It was paid off. TWO DAYS LATER, I receive notification that two transactions were approved that went to get it now. I'm like ummm.. no. 261$ they have in their possession of mine and no one is returning calls, corporate isn't returning calls either. My card company said THEY have to issue the refund for the money, otherwise we are just going to have to file a claim against them. Which I don't want to do. I like these guys and I like getting stuff through them. But I would love to not just GIVE AWAY 261$ to whoevers pocket it went into. I would like to see SOMEONE take accountability for the situation that is happening with one of their loyal customers. Correction, TWO loyal customers.. this is...

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Where to begin...just save yourself the hassle and don't go to this store. My experience so far.

(.1 update) Hopefully all will be a resolved soon, communication was direct and seem like a fair compromise can be possible.(.2) never happened and the Manager is a straight up lair and incapable of accountability or following the basic outline of a contract.

Would go lower but I cant. I'm wouldn't recommend them at all. They give out personal information there not allowed to give out to others and that was done by a so called assistant manager( Beth). No one in that store knows much of anything. Your better off saving your money and waiting tell you can buy out right instead of paying 10xs the amount. Reba needs to get her store in check. I even had some one who was the so called owner of the store tell me it's her store and shell fire who she wants to. Can't even call anybody in a corporate number cause they don't give one showing they don't care...
