I received a menu in the mail about 2 months ago haven't eaten here in probably about 10 years and figured I'd try it out again. Called at 8:11 to place my order. The woman who answered sounded like she didn't even want to take my order. I ordered 2 cheesesteak wraps and mega fries with ranch on the side. She was extremely quick to take my order, told me about $31 but never told me the time frame. I assumed the usual for pizza places 30-45 minutes. After hanging up, my husband and I just stared at each other since I ordered on speaker phone. I spoke first telling him that the experience was so awkward I kind of wanted to call back and cancel the order. Against my better judgement, I just patiently waited for the food thinking that maybe she just had a bad day. I called back at 8:56 since they closed at 9. When she answered she said loudly, "Sopranos, were closed!" I said I apologize I placed an order almost an hour ago and I know you close soon so was just seeing what was going on with the food. She quickly checked the address and said everything just went out the door. I said okay no problem thank you. And she hung up. 9:26 still no food. Now I'm assuming 30 minutes in a car that's only 10 minutes away, my food is probably soggy and cold. I called again closed or not hoping someone would answer. Now...you could tell she was extremely irritated that I called again. So she said I'm getting ready to close everything up, if it's not there by 9:35 call me back. Wouldn't you know it wasn't here so I called 3 times. I heard her pick up and hang up on me knowing almost all pizza places have caller ID. I called the 4th time from another phone. She picked up and paused almost as to hear if it was me before answering, but then quickly hung up again. The poor young kid showed up at 9:45 so as not to punish him I gave him the $10 tip he would have gotten anyway, but apologized and told him I wasn't paying for the food. He was definitely shocked because he obviously wasn't aware of the situation and even said so. I told him I knew he didn't know and it's not his fault. He was nice and respectful. Read moreWhat an absolute joke! We've gotten food from here a lot, and lately we give up. They can only really make pizza, and even that is hit, or miss. For whatever reason, my roommate keeps ordering from this place, and I think tonight was finally the nail in the coffin.🤞We only ordered two chicken Caesar Salads, and he got a small soup, and garlic bread. The salads came warm, almost hot like they were stored in with the pizza. He told them multiple times to come to the side door, plus put the light was on, and left the door open. Plus, we order a lot. They know our adress and details, you would think. Well, no!! They came to the front door, and kept knocking. By the time I got to the front he went to the side. Ok, well he had ear buds in, and my dog was going crazy at this point, with both doors knocking. This was $37 for two hot salads, and a soup that came in a side dish, and it was not even full! We are done with this place, b/c the last time we went in person, and there were five ppl working, even though it was NOT busy at all. We were the only two ppl there. It took almost 20 minutes for two slices, and a pepperoni roll, and it was cold on the inside, and nearly burned on the outside. It took us almost the entire time to get his soda, b/c he asked for a fountain soda... I watched him ask multiple times. Hopefully, he is done with this "restaurant". It's truly a joke. Again, two small salads, the same size as the bread stick container. NOT what they even usually come in, and a soup for $37 plus a tip etc! The salads were like soup, and the soup wasn't even half way full, and it looked like it came in a side container. I don't think this is the same owners from when we first moved here. Read moreI first need to give my history of This Location(and not all Sopranos)... I started ordering from them maybe 10 years ago a few times and I was extremely happy with the Pasta Dinners...(5 Stars)...Then: Moved away from area, always praised this Chain.. They had excellent customer service and the food was extremely above grade for Italian Pizza Chain. Last 3 years at my new location.. I absolutely Love there wings(Best By Far Around)!!... Problem with them is Customer Service! Phone Orders! Wrong Orders. No Refunds(Don't Even Care To Be Honest).. Gave them several Chances because I liked the wings so Much.. They were/are not able to get customer service/orders completed properly...Its such a shame when the food is good, but you have someone answering the phone and can't wait to hang up on you just so ypu end up calling them back 1 hour or more later to tell them how they messed up.. Someone needs to get this Business in check... Great Potential, Just need to Hire Professionals. The 3 Stars are for the Wings!! I have tried too many times with this location. I would recommend Complete Awareness when Ordering from here... I am giving them a chance again tonight.. I will let you know if I am done forever or happy to try...
