Worst dentist ever. If I could leave negative stars I would. A couple of months ago my daughter needed a cap and fillings. He was so inexperienced he was shaking. He started to drill after about 20 minutes of stalling only to say he was worried she'd vomit now because she had so much laughing gas. I had to to make a different appointment with another dentist. She was better but not great. So, then we come today for follow up appointment & cleaning only to be told that they canceled my appointment because I did not confirm their text. The text doesn't make any mention of them canceling the appointment if you don't confirm though, it is just a reminder. They told me that they called me also so I showed them my phone's call log with no calls. They told me that was my problem since I should have confirmed. The attitude from the girls at the front desk was disgraceful. I can only hope the owners see my comments. I will never be back and I will be sure to advise anyone else with kids not...

I made an appointment for my daughter 5 months ago. We dont have dental insurance so I was told it would be $80 for the cleaning. I get there and the lady tells me its $100. I question it and she checks with the office manager who now informs me that it's actually $150 because my daughter turned 7 yrs old, 5 days ago! I was appalled and asked them to honor the $80 price I was told and was never informed of a price change. They did not care. So we canceled the appointment in office after driving 40 minutes.

We've been here previously and they also don't have spit basins or rinse cups for kids to rinse their mouths out after brushing. They just expect them to swallow the toothpaste? We also usually end up waiting a bit just to be seen for 5 minutes by a dentist who is always in a rush. Not very kid-friendly in my opinion. But my kids do like the waiting area so I guess that's the only positive about this place.

For years our family has struggled to find a GOOD kids dentist office that takes our insurance.. specifically in Atlantic County. I’ve tried 3 other offices before finding Kool Koala and had lost hope because every dentist office we’ve tried had either had 6 month+ wait times before appts, unprofessional staff, or dentists that didn’t have kid friendly X-ray equipment.

I took a chance driving 40 minutes to Vineland but I’m so happy we did. You immediately walk in to a kid friendly and inviting waiting room with a slide, games, and TV’s.

Staff is friendly from the front desk, hygienists, and the dentists. Everyone is great and patient with the kids and the place is clean.

Big thanks to kool koala for actually caring about kids, regardless of insurance. It really means a lot!
