Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Vinita

I ordered to dine in and when I got my food it was in a bag and I was beside myself because I had told them twice it was for dine in which makes sense because I didn't know that they were out of certain ingredients and they probably just gave me the bag thinking I was going to leave and go down the road and deal with it but when I confronted it the Kitchen manager she was a very rude lady, she was not prepared for her duty's. They were out of certain ingredients that are the key components to the combo meal we ordered. When confronted about the missing ingredients the manager told us that she didn't have the ingredients ready and that lunch usually they start making it around 10:00 which this is a lunch all day store and also told us because the sandwich barely had any lettuce on it that she was going to charge us for the extra lettuce which is by far not heard of it Carl's Jr establishments. I've never had problems like this out of Carl Jr usually it's a very peaceful nice place to eat but today it was not busy at all on a Saturday afternoon it was only one other patron in the store and they were blown away by how rude the kitchen manager and staff were. Tried to make order online with Carl's Jr Offer, doesn't work with this location. The employee sa store doesn't do app because it just opened "recently" (4 years ago in 2020). They said we don't do online orders yet and can't help then I asked him to see if they can honor the deal guy at front calls manager who said tough luck wait till March when we can do it. Worst experience ever since next closest store is 20 miles away in opposite direction. Owner shud demote the manager imo if the store can't make exceptions due to their own lag of implementing tech and apps that franchise obviously wants them to use. Place was dead too. Unfortunately this place has underperformed time and time again. I would not waist my time or money at this location. Was giving a incomplete order and a burger with no meat. Didn't realize this until we had gotten on the turnpike, manager let me know he was the one making the orders and suggested I go to another location in another city to have them correct it or come back at a later date for a partial refund. This was enough that I decided to complain with corporate whom responded with a email that they let management at that store know about my complaint. I responded and got nothing back. Hopefully this location will get things together soon but, I will not be giving away any more money...
