Extremely Disappointing Experience
I recently had a rather disheartening experience at Arby's in Vinton, Louisiana, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The overall professionalism of both the management and staff left much to be desired.
Firstly, I observed what appeared to be a disregard for health codes. It's disconcerting when basic standards are overlooked, and it made me question the overall hygiene and cleanliness of the establishment.
Moreover, the service was exceptionally slow, seemingly due to what appeared to be a lack of motivation and diligence among the staff. Waiting extensively for my order raised concerns about the work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
The most disconcerting incident occurred when I was charged for a complete order, only to receive a partial delivery. Upon returning to the store to retrieve the missing items, I was met with a surprisingly negative attitude. The staff's response was not only unprofessional but also disheartening, as I was made to feel unwelcome for expecting to receive what I had paid for.
To add insult to injury, when the missing items were finally handed over, they were thrown into a cup with laughter and mockery from the staff. This lack of courtesy and respect is unacceptable and goes against the basic principles of customer service.
I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement. I believe that every customer deserves a positive experience, and I hope that the management takes steps to address these...
Read moreIt was late, and we were hungry. We got the 2 for $6.00 sandwiches. The chicken Ranch was the best of the 3 choices to me. However, it is best eaten when you're handed your order, rather than waiting to get where you're going. Beef Cheddar was my 2nd choice. And, I'm not an Arby's Roast Beef fan so I didn't want that one lol. The staff was just absolutely out of this world awesome. We took a while to decide on what to order but, not once were we made to feel pressured to hurry and let the next person order. Our cashier was very kind and the most patient that I've seen behind a register in many many years. She smiled and welcomed us in and was so calm, kind, friendly, polite, caring and just out right very professional the whole time. I give the late night cashier 2 1/2 stars, the food gets 1 star for being fresh and hot, and 1 1/2 stars for being Arby's. Read moreOur two daughters and us stopped at your store #7954 on our way to our grandsons Ft. Jackson graduation on 11/29/2022 at 12:11pm.. There was a little bit of a line there, but things were moving well. The two ladies working the front were TOTALLY in control and were very much in unison together. We got up to the counter and ordered our food. We received our order in a short amount of time and everything was delicious! We were treated, like every other customer before us, with total professionalism and courtesy ; even asking us if we needed any sauces or anything else. We are residing in Texas now, but are formally from Indiana and We can tell you that we have never, in ANY fast food restaurant, had such a wonderful experience!!! We have to give a shout out to Sarah and Mona working the front of store, as well as the crew in back. These two ladies have set the bar really high for all others to live up to. Anything you can do to uplift these two for their superiority would be very much deserved, and appreciated!!! Keep up the excellent job ladies and GOD bless....
