This was the closest Cajun restaurant we could find just over the Texas/Louisiana border. Our server/cook was Brianna. She was patient as we tried to decide what items to try. We ultimately ordered the fried pickles, fried okra, crawfish pies, boudin sausages (spicy and mild), shrimp etouffee, chicken and sausage gumbo.
